【摘要】：蘇西洛于2004年10月20日宣布就任印尼總統(tǒng),2009年7月25日再次連任,至今執(zhí)政時間已近10年。十年間,蘇西洛為印尼國家發(fā)展制訂了宏偉的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃并為此采取了一系列發(fā)展舉措。在政治層面,蘇西洛采取了政治聯(lián)合、打擊腐敗、緩和種族矛盾等戰(zhàn)略手段,維護了國家的統(tǒng)一,鞏固了印尼的民主化成果。在經(jīng)濟層面,蘇西洛制訂了一系列國家發(fā)展規(guī)劃,推出了以加大基礎設施建設、整頓銀行金融機構、改善投資環(huán)境、推動旅游業(yè)發(fā)展、加快石油產(chǎn)業(yè)升級和建設六大經(jīng)濟走廊等為代表的一系列國民經(jīng)濟改革舉措,促進了印尼經(jīng)濟的全面恢復和發(fā)展。在外交層面,蘇西洛繼承了印尼歷屆政府一貫主張的獨立自主的外交政策,構建了全方位的外交戰(zhàn)略體系,保障了印尼的國家利益,有效地協(xié)調(diào)了區(qū)域內(nèi)國家關系以及區(qū)域內(nèi)國家與區(qū)域外大國的關系,維護了地區(qū)的安全與穩(wěn)定。在安全層面上,蘇西洛提出了新的國家安全戰(zhàn)略,進一步完善國防體系,提高國防預算,增強自身軍事實力,有效地打擊了恐怖主義和分裂勢力,為保障印尼國家安全做出了巨大貢獻。通過蘇西洛政府的一系列改革,印尼的綜合國力在平穩(wěn)中持續(xù)發(fā)展,成為G20中進步最快的經(jīng)濟體,也成為進入新千年后全球經(jīng)濟發(fā)展最快的國家之一。蘇西洛廣泛參與國際事務,積極致力于全球性問題的解決,使印尼的國際地位不斷提高,樹立了和平民主的友好穆斯林國家形象。
[Abstract]:Susilo was inaugurated as President of Indonesia on October 20, 2004. He was re-elected on July 25, 2009, and has been in power for nearly 10 years. During the decade, Susilo formulated a grand strategic plan for Indonesia's national development and adopted a series of development measures to this end. At the political level, Susilo has adopted such strategic means as political union, fighting corruption and easing ethnic conflicts, which has safeguarded the unity of the country and consolidated the achievements of Indonesia's democratization. At the economic level, Susilo has drawn up a series of national development plans to increase infrastructure construction, rectify banking and financial institutions, improve the investment environment, and promote tourism development. A series of national economic reform measures, such as speeding up the upgrading of the oil industry and building six major economic corridors, have promoted the overall recovery and development of the Indonesian economy. At the diplomatic level, Susilo inherited the independent foreign policy advocated by successive Indonesian governments, constructed a comprehensive diplomatic strategic system, and safeguarded Indonesia's national interests. The relations between the countries in the region and the great powers outside the region have been effectively coordinated, and regional security and stability have been maintained. At the security level, Susilo put forward a new national security strategy to further improve the national defense system, raise the national defense budget, strengthen his own military strength, and effectively crack down on terrorism and separatist forces. It has made great contributions to ensuring Indonesia's national security. Through a series of reforms in Susilo's government, Indonesia's overall national strength has continued to develop steadily, becoming the fastest developing economy in the G20 and one of the fastest growing countries in the world after entering the new millennium. Susilo took part in international affairs extensively, devoted himself to the solution of global problems, made Indonesia's international status improve constantly, and established the image of peaceful and democratic friendly Muslim country.
