【摘要】：中國(guó)的核軍控政策是中國(guó)國(guó)家安全戰(zhàn)略不可分割的組成部分。中國(guó)核軍控政策形成與發(fā)展的歷程,適應(yīng)的是中國(guó)所面臨的特定安全環(huán)境;在涉及對(duì)外安全方面,目前首先要考慮到美、俄等核武器國(guó)家,通過(guò)建立核信任措施,維護(hù)全球與地區(qū)的戰(zhàn)略穩(wěn)定。分析美俄以及中國(guó)在核領(lǐng)域建立信任措施的理念與實(shí)踐,建立中美核信任十分必要。
[Abstract]:China's nuclear arms control policy is an integral part of China's national security strategy. The course of the formation and development of China's nuclear arms control policy adapts to the specific security environment that China is facing; In terms of foreign security, first of all, the United States, Russia and other nuclear-weapon States should be taken into account to maintain the strategic stability of the world and the region through nuclear confidence-building measures. It is necessary to analyze the concept and practice of nuclear confidence-building measures between the United States, Russia and China.
