【摘要】：中國軍隊正以更加積極的姿態(tài)參與國際事務(wù),由于承擔國際維和責任領(lǐng)域的拓展以及建構(gòu)中國特色外交理論的總體需求,對中國軍事外交進行理論探討尤顯必要。本文將軍事外交定義為國家戰(zhàn)略的對外非戰(zhàn)爭軍事延伸,在回顧中國軍事外交發(fā)展歷程的基礎(chǔ)上,嘗試對其進行理論建構(gòu),并指出未來中國軍事外交實務(wù)的三個發(fā)展方向,即作為發(fā)展中國家的軍事外交、大國軍事外交和基于中華文明的軍事外交。
[Abstract]:The Chinese army is participating in international affairs with a more active attitude. Due to the expansion of the field of international peacekeeping responsibility and the overall need to construct the diplomatic theory with Chinese characteristics, it is particularly necessary to explore the theory of Chinese military diplomacy. This paper defines military diplomacy as the foreign non-war military extension of national strategy. On the basis of reviewing the development course of China's military diplomacy, this paper tries to construct its theory, and points out three development directions of China's military diplomacy practice in the future. That is, as a developing country's military diplomacy, big country's military diplomacy and military diplomacy based on Chinese civilization.
