【摘要】：美國二戰(zhàn)后一直控制著南海的戰(zhàn)略咽喉,中國戰(zhàn)略利益的延伸威脅到了美國在南海長期形成的控制地位,在此背景下,美國提出了重返亞太的戰(zhàn)略,目的在于加強(qiáng)對南海的控制并防范來自中國的挑戰(zhàn),維持其全球霸主地位。本文從南海海上戰(zhàn)略通道的視角去研究美國為何重返亞太。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),美國介入南海問題是基于內(nèi)在動因和外在動因。內(nèi)在動因是美國的大戰(zhàn)略決定了必然要控制海上戰(zhàn)略通道以及美國欲把南海變成其全球第17條海上戰(zhàn)略通道;外在動因是中國在南海的活動擠壓了美國的海上戰(zhàn)略通道空間。對中國來說,在不影響國家大戰(zhàn)略以及海洋戰(zhàn)略的前提下,應(yīng)該合理地規(guī)劃戰(zhàn)略應(yīng)對之策。
[Abstract]:The United States has been controlling the strategic throat of the South China Sea since World War II, and the extension of China's strategic interests has threatened the long-term controlling position of the United States in the South China Sea. Against this background, the United States put forward the strategy of returning to the Asia-Pacific region. The aim is to strengthen control over the South China Sea and guard against challenges from China and maintain its global hegemony. This paper studies why the United States returned to the Asia Pacific from the perspective of the South China Sea Maritime Strategic Passage. The study found that the United States intervention in the South China Sea problem is based on internal and external motivation. The internal motivation is that the United States' grand strategy determines the necessity to control the maritime strategic channel and that the United States wants to turn the South China Sea into its 17th global maritime strategic channel, and the external motivation is that China's activities in the South China Sea have squeezed the space of the United States' maritime strategic channel. For China, the strategic countermeasures should be reasonably planned on the premise of not affecting the national strategy and the marine strategy.
