【摘要】：民主化與一體化作為相互相對獨立的兩種實踐,都有其存在的合理性,同時又在一定的情況下相互促進(jìn)。從二戰(zhàn)結(jié)束后,國際社會出現(xiàn)了一浪又一浪的民主化高潮,區(qū)域一體化也邁出了令人難以想象的步伐。二戰(zhàn)后,民主出現(xiàn)了第二波、第三波,近期發(fā)生在伊斯蘭世界的民主化運動,不亞于是民主化的第四波。區(qū)域一體化也在蓬勃發(fā)展:歐洲的歐洲聯(lián)盟,非洲的非洲聯(lián)盟,亞洲的東南亞國家聯(lián)盟,美洲的美洲國家組織都方興未艾。 民主化與一體化共同進(jìn)步式的發(fā)展,彰顯了兩者之間存在著某種聯(lián)系。本文通過對世界各個地區(qū)的民主化與一體化現(xiàn)狀的描述,來為闡釋兩者的關(guān)系提供資料基礎(chǔ)。在此基礎(chǔ)上得出:民主化是一體化深化的基礎(chǔ);一體化的深化,為民主的擴大與深化提供了有力的支撐;兩者相得益彰。 結(jié)合我國實際情況來看,面對民主化與一體化的浪潮,我們應(yīng)看到民主化是一體化的基礎(chǔ),我們應(yīng)加緊改革,以適應(yīng)區(qū)域一體化和全球一體化的發(fā)展要求。同時我們應(yīng)看到,一體化過程中所帶來的先進(jìn)理念和有益經(jīng)驗,并借此來完善我國的各項體制。只有如此才能更好地迎接民主化與一體化所帶來的機遇與挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:Democratization and integration, as two relative independent practices, both have their rationality and promote each other under certain circumstances. Since the end of World War II, the international community has seen wave after wave of democratization, regional integration has taken unimaginable steps. After World War II, democracy appeared in the second and third waves, the recent democratization movement in the Islamic world is no less than the fourth wave of democratization. Regional integration is also booming: the European Union in Europe, the African Union in Africa, the Association of Southeast Asian Nations in Asia and the Organization of American States in the Americas. The common progressive development of democratization and integration reveals the existence of a certain connection between the two. By describing the current situation of democratization and integration in various regions of the world, this paper provides a data basis for the interpretation of the relationship between the two. On this basis, it is concluded that democratization is the foundation of the deepening of integration, the deepening of integration provides a strong support for the expansion and deepening of democracy, and the two complement each other. According to the actual situation of our country, facing the tide of democratization and integration, we should realize that democratization is the foundation of integration, and we should speed up the reform to meet the demands of the development of regional integration and global integration. At the same time, we should recognize the advanced ideas and beneficial experience brought by the process of integration, and take this to perfect the various systems of our country. Only in this way can we better meet the opportunities and challenges brought by democratization and integration.
