【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展及其全球普及使人類(lèi)進(jìn)入了一個(gè)虛擬與現(xiàn)實(shí)共生的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化生存新時(shí)代。習(xí)近平根據(jù)世界互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)與人類(lèi)社會(huì)發(fā)展的走向,依據(jù)世界歷史發(fā)展規(guī)律,提出了"網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間命運(yùn)共同體"思想。作為十八大以來(lái)以習(xí)近平同志為核心的黨中央治國(guó)理政新理念新思想新戰(zhàn)略的重要組成部分,"網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間命運(yùn)共同體"思想的內(nèi)容在于平等尊重、創(chuàng)新發(fā)展、開(kāi)放共享、安全有序四個(gè)方面,并具有豐富的理論意蘊(yùn)和包容開(kāi)放性、共建共享性、實(shí)踐創(chuàng)新性等特征,對(duì)人類(lèi)文明進(jìn)步、國(guó)際互聯(lián)網(wǎng)體系治理以及中國(guó)國(guó)際話語(yǔ)權(quán)提升都具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)價(jià)值與歷史意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet technology and its global popularity, human beings have entered a new era of virtual and realistic symbiotic network survival. According to the trend of the development of the world's Internet and the trend of the development of human society, Xi Jinping put forward the idea of "the Community of fate in Cyberspace" according to the law of the development of world history. As an important part of the Party Central Committee's new ideas and new strategies for governing the country and administration, with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core since the 18th National Congress, the contents of the "Cyberspace Community of Destiny" are equal respect, innovation, development, and openness and sharing. The four aspects of safety and order are characterized by rich theoretical implication, tolerance and openness, co-construction and sharing, practical innovation, and so on, which contribute to the progress of human civilization. The governance of the Internet system and the promotion of China's international discourse rights have very important practical value and historical significance.
