【摘要】：互聯網技術的高速發(fā)展及其全球普及使人類進入了一個虛擬與現實共生的網絡化生存新時代。習近平根據世界互聯網發(fā)展的趨勢與人類社會發(fā)展的走向,依據世界歷史發(fā)展規(guī)律,提出了"網絡空間命運共同體"思想。作為十八大以來以習近平同志為核心的黨中央治國理政新理念新思想新戰(zhàn)略的重要組成部分,"網絡空間命運共同體"思想的內容在于平等尊重、創(chuàng)新發(fā)展、開放共享、安全有序四個方面,并具有豐富的理論意蘊和包容開放性、共建共享性、實踐創(chuàng)新性等特征,對人類文明進步、國際互聯網體系治理以及中國國際話語權提升都具有十分重要的現實價值與歷史意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet technology and its global popularity, human beings have entered a new era of virtual and realistic symbiotic network survival. According to the trend of the development of the world's Internet and the trend of the development of human society, Xi Jinping put forward the idea of "the Community of fate in Cyberspace" according to the law of the development of world history. As an important part of the Party Central Committee's new ideas and new strategies for governing the country and administration, with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core since the 18th National Congress, the contents of the "Cyberspace Community of Destiny" are equal respect, innovation, development, and openness and sharing. The four aspects of safety and order are characterized by rich theoretical implication, tolerance and openness, co-construction and sharing, practical innovation, and so on, which contribute to the progress of human civilization. The governance of the Internet system and the promotion of China's international discourse rights have very important practical value and historical significance.
