【摘要】：中日關系經(jīng)過反復的周期性惡化,終于在日本政府否認擱置釣魚島爭議的政治共識和首相參拜靖國神社的雙重打擊下形成被半官方媒體稱為"絕交"的嚴重事態(tài),充分證明在排斥中國參加"戰(zhàn)后處理"的戰(zhàn)勝國權(quán)利而庇護日本逃避戰(zhàn)爭責任的所謂"舊金山體制"下,遺留的"歷史問題"是決定東亞地區(qū)政治的重要結(jié)構(gòu)性因素。厘清東亞政治的歷史邏輯和秩序結(jié)構(gòu)可以認識到,推進真正的中日和解,實現(xiàn)東亞政治的"脫戰(zhàn)后",有賴于中日兩國的地區(qū)政治主體性自覺和中日交流從實用主義取向向理性主義的轉(zhuǎn)型重建。
[Abstract]:After repeated cyclical deterioration of Sino-Japanese relations, a serious situation was finally formed under the Japanese government's denial of the political consensus on shelving the Diaoyu Islands dispute and the prime minister's visit to the Yasukuni Shrine, which was called a "break-up" by the semi-official media. It is fully proved that under the so-called "San Francisco system", which excludes the right of China to participate in "post-war treatment" and shelters Japan from the responsibility of war, the "historical problems" left over are important structural factors determining the politics of East Asia. By clarifying the historical logic and order structure of East Asian politics, we can realize that we should promote genuine Sino-Japanese reconciliation and realize the "de-postwar" of East Asian politics. It depends on the regional political subjectivity consciousness of China and Japan and the transformation and reconstruction of Sino-Japanese communication from pragmatism to rationalism.
