【摘要】：14世紀(jì)中葉至16世紀(jì)中葉是東亞海域史中倭寇的活躍時期,學(xué)術(shù)界把14世紀(jì)中葉至15世紀(jì)的倭寇稱為前期倭寇。文章考察了高麗、明朝圍繞前期倭寇,與日本南北朝以及室町幕府之間的交涉活動,認(rèn)為高麗在14世紀(jì)后期與日本南北朝以及明朝之間,在倭寇情報和防范、解救被擄他國人口、幫助緝捕海洋犯罪逃犯等方面,開始有了初步合作。而到15世紀(jì),隨著明朝與朝鮮王朝、明朝與日本室町幕府之間封貢關(guān)系的建立,在防范、控制和打擊倭寇活動方面有了進(jìn)一步合作。因此,15世紀(jì)的朝貢體系曾是維護(hù)東亞海域秩序的重要機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:The period from the middle of the 14th century to the middle of the 16th century was the active period of the Japanese aggressors in the history of the East Asian seas, and the Japanese pirates from the middle of the 14th century to the 15th century were called Prophase Japanese aggressors in academic circles. The article examines the negotiation activities between Koryo and the Ming Dynasty around the Japanese aggressors in the early period, with the Southern and Northern dynasties of Japan and the Muramachi shogunate. It is believed that Koryo, between the Southern and Northern dynasties and the Ming Dynasty of Japan in the late 14th century, was on the intelligence and prevention of Japanese aggressors. Initial cooperation began to be established in the rescue of foreign prisoners and in the arrest of fugitives from marine crimes. By the 15th century, with the establishment of the relationship between the Ming Dynasty and the Korean Dynasty, the Ming Dynasty and the Muramachi shogunate of Japan, there was further cooperation in preventing, controlling and cracking down on the activities of Japanese aggressors. Therefore, the tributary system in the 15 th century was an important mechanism to maintain the order of East Asian Seas.
