【摘要】：正當(dāng)前國(guó)際秩序尤其是地區(qū)秩序正處于一種將變未變的混沌狀態(tài),存在著四大明顯特點(diǎn)。首先,中美博弈是催生現(xiàn)有秩序轉(zhuǎn)型的最大推力。中美都是具有全球性影響的大國(guó):一個(gè)是最大的守成國(guó),一個(gè)是最大的新興國(guó);一個(gè)是現(xiàn)有制度與秩序最關(guān)鍵的主動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)方,一個(gè)是現(xiàn)有制度與秩序最重要的被動(dòng)獲益方;一個(gè)是最發(fā)達(dá)的西方民主體,一個(gè)是發(fā)展最快的東方威權(quán)體;一個(gè)希望繼續(xù)維持其在所有區(qū)域的主導(dǎo)地位,一個(gè)希望能在盡可能多的領(lǐng)域獲取重要話語(yǔ)權(quán)甚至主導(dǎo)權(quán)。而且,兩國(guó)都在推動(dòng)當(dāng)今秩序
[Abstract]:The current international order, especially the regional order, is in a chaotic state that will not change, and there are four obvious characteristics. First of all, the game between China and the United States is the biggest thrust of the transformation of the existing order. Both China and the United States are major powers with global influence: one is the largest protector, the other is the largest emerging country, the other is the most important active designer of the existing system and order, the other is the most important passive beneficiary of the existing system and order. One is the most developed western democracy, the other is the fastest-growing authoritarianism of the East; the other hopes to maintain its dominant position in all regions, and the other wants to gain an important voice or even leadership in as many fields as possible. And both countries are pushing forward today's order.
