【摘要】：整體上看,美國(guó)與中東國(guó)家的關(guān)系經(jīng)歷了興起、鼎盛和(相對(duì))衰落的發(fā)展過(guò)程,這在本質(zhì)上符合西方與中東關(guān)系在當(dāng)代發(fā)展演變的軌跡。在具體參與過(guò)程中,美國(guó)各項(xiàng)國(guó)家利益目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)程度不盡相同,其中經(jīng)濟(jì)外交最成功,價(jià)值觀外交最矛盾,安全政策目標(biāo)最失敗,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)地位滑落最無(wú)奈。雖然美國(guó)的中東霸權(quán)正在相對(duì)衰落,但其中東政策的整體框架目前還僅限于局部性修補(bǔ),所謂的整體戰(zhàn)略收縮實(shí)際上很難落實(shí)。對(duì)正在逐步涉足中東事務(wù)深水區(qū)的中國(guó)外交而言,不僅要學(xué)習(xí)和運(yùn)用相關(guān)技巧更好地因應(yīng)中東事務(wù),還應(yīng)該借鑒美國(guó)中東政策得失以便更具前瞻性地參與中東事務(wù)。
[Abstract]:On the whole, the relationship between the United States and the Middle East has gone through the development process of rising, flourishing and (relative) decline, which in essence accords with the development and evolution of the relationship between the West and the Middle East in the contemporary era. In the process of concrete participation, the degree of realization of each national interest goal of the United States is different, in which economic diplomacy is the most successful, the value diplomacy is the most contradictory, the security policy goal is the most failed, and the leading position is the most helpless. Although America's hegemony in the Middle East is declining, the overall framework of its Middle East policy is still limited to local repair, so it is very difficult to implement the so-called overall strategic contraction. As far as Chinese diplomacy is concerned, it is necessary not only to learn and apply relevant skills to deal with Middle East affairs, but also to draw lessons from American Middle East policy in order to participate in Middle East affairs more forwardly.
