【摘要】： 在當今社會,中東地區(qū)早已成為世人關注的焦點,不僅僅是因為它有眾多人口、廣袤的土地、悠久的歷史和重要的地理位置,而且還因為它無論是在政治、經(jīng)濟方面還是精神文化方面都對該地區(qū)乃至世界產(chǎn)生及其重大的影響�？梢哉f中東地區(qū)在世界上的地位是無可替代的,倘若沒有中東,哪怕沒有該地豐富的石油資源,當今世界會是什么樣子很難預料。然而,作為中東地區(qū)最重要的關系之一,巴以關系,乃成為該地區(qū)戰(zhàn)爭與和平狀態(tài)的晴雨表。學術(shù)界對巴以問題的研究肇始于巴以問題產(chǎn)生之日,并與巴以在該問題上反復的較量相伴隨。文章將巴以問題的“困境”作為主要切入點,同時,建設性的提出巴以走出困境的路徑。此論文的選題密切結(jié)合巴以問題的時代發(fā)展脈絡、問題的歷史沿革、以及具體事件發(fā)生后的社會影響,揭示了此問題的現(xiàn)實性及歷史延續(xù)性,理順其基本脈絡,探索歷史演進規(guī)律。本文作者通過通俗的語言,透過該問題的現(xiàn)象對其本質(zhì)進行鞭辟入里地剖析;作者旨在提出具有建設性的觀點,希望對當今巴以沖突的解決有所裨益。 由于巴以問題產(chǎn)生的時代背景較為復雜,巴以問題的解決注定困難重重。無論此問題的兩個主要當事國(以色列和巴勒斯坦),和此問題利益相關的國家(美國和英國),還是廣大的國際社會,至始至終都為此做出過不間斷的嘗試和努力。巴以雙方為了較好解決該問題,在不同歷史階段,先后采取了戰(zhàn)爭與和平兩種解決問題的方法,也做出過妥協(xié)與讓步,但成效甚微。更甚者,發(fā)生在2008年12月的新一輪巴以武裝沖突使雙發(fā)矛盾再次激化,對早已盤根錯節(jié)的巴以問題解決更是雪上加霜。 縱觀巴以問題之歷史脈絡,巴以問題困境主要表現(xiàn)為復合多重性�？梢哉f,巴以困境的形成與多元化因素綜合疊加有關。然而,這種多元素的綜合疊加又進一步加劇了巴以困境的深度和廣度。對巴以問題進行分析,是巴以問題的切入點,也是此論文的創(chuàng)新點。 本文的主要內(nèi)容:一是研究巴以問題的起源,呈現(xiàn)巴勒斯坦與以色列各自地理、人口、宗教及民族狀況,作為此選題的解析起點。二是全面分析巴以雙發(fā)在此問題上是怎樣一步步陷入復合多重困境的泥潭,透過巴以問題形成機制,剖析導致此問題難以解決、越陷越深的真正原因之所在。三是探究巴以問題的基本出路。文章通過對巴以間曾經(jīng)發(fā)生的幾次和談的探究,提出具有建設性的解決沖突的方案。 此論文的創(chuàng)新點和研究主要精華是:此論文使用“困境理論”及困境解決辦法對巴以問題之癥結(jié)所在進行分析;文章在總結(jié)巴以之間數(shù)次和談成敗的基礎上,提出具有積極性和建設性的沖突解決方案。
[Abstract]:In today's society, the Middle East has long been the focus of attention, not only because of its large population, vast land, long history and important geographical location, but also because it is in politics. Both economic and spiritual aspects have a significant impact on the region and the world. It can be said that the Middle East is irreplaceable in the world. Without the Middle East, even without its rich oil resources, it is difficult to predict what the world would be like today. However, as one of the most important relations in the Middle East, the relationship between Palestine and Israel is a barometer of the state of war and peace in the region. The academic research on the question of Palestine and Israel began on the day when the question of Palestine and Israel came into being, and accompanied by repeated struggles with Israel and Palestine on this issue. This paper takes the dilemma of Palestine and Israel as the main breakthrough point, and puts forward the path of Palestine and Israel out of the dilemma constructively. The topic of this paper is closely combined with the historical development of the Palestinian-Israeli problem, the historical evolution of the problem, as well as the social impact after the occurrence of specific events, which reveals the reality and historical continuity of the problem, and straightens out its basic context. Explore the law of historical evolution. The author analyzes the nature of the problem through the phenomenon of this problem through popular language, and aims to put forward a constructive point of view, hoping to be of benefit to the settlement of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict today. Due to the complicated background of the Palestine-Israel problem, the solution of the Palestine-Israel problem is doomed to a lot of difficulties. No matter the two main parties to the problem (Israel and Palestine), and the interests of the countries (the United States and Britain), or the international community at large, to this end has made continuous efforts and efforts. In order to solve the problem better, the Palestinian and Israeli sides, in different historical stages, have adopted two methods of solving the problem, namely, war and peace, and have also made compromises and concessions, but the results have not been satisfactory. What is more, the new round of Palestinian-Israeli armed conflict that took place in December 2008 has once again intensified the conflict between the two sides, adding to the problem of Palestine and Israel, which has long been deeply intertwined. Looking across the historical context of the Palestine-Israel problem, the plight of the Palestine-Israel problem is mainly characterized by complex multiplicity. It can be said that the formation of the Palestine-Israel dilemma is related to the combination of multiple factors. However, this multi-element combination further aggravated the depth and breadth of the Palestine-Israel dilemma. The analysis of Palestine-Israel problem is the breakthrough point of Palestine-Israel problem and the innovation point of this paper. The main contents of this paper are as follows: first, the origin of the question of Palestine and Israel is studied, presenting the geographical, demographic, religious and national conditions of Palestine and Israel as the starting point of this topic. The second is to analyze how Palestinians and Israelis fall into the quagmire of multiple difficulties step by step on this issue. Through the formation mechanism of the Palestinian-Israeli problem, the real reason why the problem is difficult to solve and get deeper and deeper is analyzed. The third is to explore the basic way out of the Palestine-Israel problem. Through the exploration of several peace talks between Palestine and Israel, this paper puts forward a constructive solution to the conflict. The innovation of this paper and the main essence of the research are as follows: this paper uses the "Dilemma Theory" and the solution to the Dilemma to analyze the crux of the Palestinian-Israeli problem; On the basis of summing up the success or failure of several peace talks between Palestine and Israel, this paper puts forward a positive and constructive solution to the conflict.
