【摘要】：本文嘗試以斯特蘭奇的結(jié)構(gòu)性權(quán)力概念為解釋工具,對德國如何主導(dǎo)歐債危機(jī)進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的考察和深入的分析。導(dǎo)論部分指出文章的核心問題及研究意義,并介紹了有關(guān)本文的國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)及本文的研究方法等。第一章概述了歐債危機(jī)的基本情況,包括歐債危機(jī)的根源、治理需求,并指出歐債危機(jī)需要及時、有力的治理。第二章主要對德國在歐債危機(jī)發(fā)展的過程中不同的態(tài)度及扮演的角色進(jìn)行分析、描述,為下文的結(jié)構(gòu)性權(quán)力演變分析做好理論鋪墊。第三章先概述和梳理了蘇珊·斯特蘭奇結(jié)構(gòu)性權(quán)力思想的核心內(nèi)容,重點(diǎn)詮釋金融結(jié)構(gòu)部分的概念;然后,該章進(jìn)一步分析了德國在金融領(lǐng)域中究竟擁有哪些結(jié)構(gòu)性權(quán)力。第四章論證德國主導(dǎo)下的歐債危機(jī)在金融領(lǐng)域治理工作四個方面:財政政策、金融監(jiān)管、跨國經(jīng)濟(jì)治理、貨幣政策,分析德國憑借在歐債危機(jī)中出色的結(jié)構(gòu)性權(quán)力的控制和引導(dǎo),逐步擴(kuò)張?jiān)跉W盟中的權(quán)力地位。本文的結(jié)束語部分認(rèn)為,德國正是充分利用了其擁有的在金融領(lǐng)域中的結(jié)構(gòu)性權(quán)力,從而主導(dǎo)了歐債危機(jī)的治理。
[Abstract]:Using Strange's concept of structural power as an explanatory tool, this paper makes a detailed investigation and in-depth analysis of how Germany leads the European debt crisis. The introduction part points out the core problems and research significance of the article, and introduces the domestic and foreign literature and the research methods of this paper. The first chapter summarizes the basic situation of the European debt crisis, including the root causes of the European debt crisis, governance needs, and pointed out that the European debt crisis needs timely and effective governance. The second chapter mainly analyzes the different attitudes and roles of Germany in the development of the European debt crisis, and describes the theory of structural power evolution. The third chapter first summarizes and combs the core content of Susan Strange's thought of structural power, and explains the concept of financial structure part. Then, this chapter further analyzes what kind of structural power Germany has in the field of finance. The fourth chapter demonstrates four aspects of the governance of the German-led European debt crisis in the financial field: fiscal policy, financial supervision, transnational economic governance, monetary policy, By analyzing the control and guidance of Germany's outstanding structural power in the European debt crisis, Germany gradually expands its power position in the EU. The conclusion of this paper argues that Germany has made full use of its structural power in the financial field, thus dominating the governance of the European debt crisis.
