【摘要】：巴基斯坦在解決阿富汗問題中具有獨(dú)特作用,希望在穩(wěn)定阿局勢(shì)的同時(shí)形成一個(gè)對(duì)巴友好的阿富汗政府,并從支持阿富汗國(guó)內(nèi)政治和解、釋放阿富汗塔利班囚犯以推動(dòng)和解進(jìn)程、積極參與多邊機(jī)制為解決阿富汗問題創(chuàng)造有利外部條件、加強(qiáng)對(duì)阿經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系等方面調(diào)整巴阿關(guān)系,在阿富汗問題的解決過程中發(fā)揮其影響力。中巴在阿富汗問題上需要通過友好磋商以協(xié)調(diào)立場(chǎng)和加深相互理解。
[Abstract]:Pakistan has a unique role to play in the settlement of the Afghan issue and hopes to achieve a friendly Afghan government while stabilizing the situation in Afghanistan and to support political reconciliation in Afghanistan, To release Afghan Taliban prisoners in order to promote the reconciliation process, to actively participate in the multilateral mechanism to create favourable external conditions for resolving the Afghan issue, and to strengthen economic ties with Afghanistan and other aspects of readjusting Pakistan-Arab relations, Exert their influence in the settlement of the Afghan problem. China and Pakistan need to coordinate their positions and deepen mutual understanding through friendly consultations on Afghanistan.
