【摘要】：與另一對話機制——七國集團不同,金磚各國不僅代表了不同的社會經(jīng)濟模式,還代表了形態(tài)各異的文明。文明正是歷史發(fā)展的基本行為主體,因為文明比其他社會行為主體存在時間更長,對世界歷史進程的影響也更深遠。時至今日,作為國際關系基礎的仍舊是歐洲國家間的關系原則。但是同一文明條件下的關系模式難免局限性,而且,這也并非唯一可行的模式。歐洲大西洋主要優(yōu)勢—經(jīng)濟優(yōu)勢日益加深的危機為其他趨勢打開了前景。"金磚國家"必須從經(jīng)濟團體轉變?yōu)閲H政治和跨文明聯(lián)合體。
[Abstract]:Unlike the G7, another mechanism for dialogue, the BRICS represent not only different socio-economic models, but also diverse civilizations. Civilization is the basic subject of historical development, because civilization exists longer than other social actors and has a more profound influence on the world history. To this day, international relations are still based on the principles of European relations. However, the relationship model under the same civilization is bound to be limited, and it is not the only feasible model. The crisis of the European Atlantic's main advantage-the deepening economic advantage-opens up prospects for other trends. " The BRICS must shift from economic groups to international political and cross-civilizational coalitions.
