【摘要】：在當(dāng)今全球糧食、資源、能源供應(yīng)緊張與人口迅速增長的矛盾日益突出的情況下,開發(fā)利用海外資源是歷史發(fā)展的必然,成為某些國家的經(jīng)濟支柱。日本是其中之一。首相安倍晉三欲將海外資源開發(fā)作為經(jīng)濟增長戰(zhàn)略的核心內(nèi)容。日本的資源外交是能源與外交相結(jié)合的產(chǎn)物,是以確立穩(wěn)定獲得能源的國際供求關(guān)系為目的的國家戰(zhàn)略及其活動。本文通過介紹日本資源外交的特點、資源開發(fā)利用戰(zhàn)略以及其組織體系,了解日本資源外交的綜合性特點,并探討這種日本模式對我國資源外交方面的意義和啟示。
[Abstract]:With the contradiction between the shortage of food, resources and energy supply and the rapid growth of population, the exploitation and utilization of overseas resources is a necessity of historical development and becomes the economic pillar of some countries. Japan is one of them. Prime Minister Shinzo Abe wants to put overseas resource development at the heart of his economic growth strategy. Japan's resource diplomacy is the product of the combination of energy and diplomacy. It is a national strategy and its activities aimed at establishing a stable international supply and demand relationship for obtaining energy. By introducing the characteristics of Japan's resource diplomacy, the strategy of resource development and utilization and its organizational system, this paper explores the comprehensive characteristics of Japan's resource diplomacy, and probes into the significance and enlightenment of this Japanese model to our country's resource diplomacy.
