【摘要】：正對于美國的"自強(qiáng)",中國總體應(yīng)采取觀望和鼓勵姿態(tài)。美國的戰(zhàn)略精力如果放在國內(nèi)問題上,有利于遏制國內(nèi)的民族主義情緒,不把自身的問題歸咎于中國,不對中美關(guān)系產(chǎn)生錯誤的判斷。中國對此應(yīng)當(dāng)在總體上鼓勵和支持,并利用美國的發(fā)展機(jī)會促進(jìn)中國的利益。對于美國的"羈絆",中國應(yīng)當(dāng)畫出核心利益紅線,同時以我為主、加快發(fā)展。在這一戰(zhàn)略手段下,美國會利用各種機(jī)會攪動中國的內(nèi)外矛
[Abstract]:China should take a wait-and-see and encouraging attitude toward US self-improvement. If the strategic energy of the United States is focused on domestic issues, it will be conducive to containing the nationalist sentiment in the country, not blaming China for its own problems, and not making a wrong judgment on the relationship between China and the United States. China should encourage and support this in general and take advantage of the development opportunities of the United States to promote China's interests. To America's fetters, China should draw red line of core interests and speed up its development. Under this strategic approach, the United States will use every opportunity to stir up China's internal and external spears.
