【摘要】：正對(duì)于美國(guó)的"自強(qiáng)",中國(guó)總體應(yīng)采取觀望和鼓勵(lì)姿態(tài)。美國(guó)的戰(zhàn)略精力如果放在國(guó)內(nèi)問(wèn)題上,有利于遏制國(guó)內(nèi)的民族主義情緒,不把自身的問(wèn)題歸咎于中國(guó),不對(duì)中美關(guān)系產(chǎn)生錯(cuò)誤的判斷。中國(guó)對(duì)此應(yīng)當(dāng)在總體上鼓勵(lì)和支持,并利用美國(guó)的發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì)促進(jìn)中國(guó)的利益。對(duì)于美國(guó)的"羈絆",中國(guó)應(yīng)當(dāng)畫(huà)出核心利益紅線,同時(shí)以我為主、加快發(fā)展。在這一戰(zhàn)略手段下,美國(guó)會(huì)利用各種機(jī)會(huì)攪動(dòng)中國(guó)的內(nèi)外矛
[Abstract]:China should take a wait-and-see and encouraging attitude toward US self-improvement. If the strategic energy of the United States is focused on domestic issues, it will be conducive to containing the nationalist sentiment in the country, not blaming China for its own problems, and not making a wrong judgment on the relationship between China and the United States. China should encourage and support this in general and take advantage of the development opportunities of the United States to promote China's interests. To America's fetters, China should draw red line of core interests and speed up its development. Under this strategic approach, the United States will use every opportunity to stir up China's internal and external spears.
