【摘要】：國際體系演進(jìn)是國際關(guān)系研究的重要領(lǐng)域。長期以來，在該領(lǐng)域研究存在一種傾向——似威斯特伐利亞情結(jié)，即過多地強(qiáng)調(diào)西方國家的主導(dǎo)作用，而有意無意地淡化甚至無視俄羅斯在國際體系演進(jìn)中的地位和作用。這種傾向有礙于客觀歷史地研究國際體系的演進(jìn)。本文為矯正這種偏向，在國際體系宏觀演進(jìn)構(gòu)架中，著重分析研究俄羅斯隊(duì)國際體系演進(jìn)不可小視的重要作用。 本文力圖以歷史與理論結(jié)合、宏觀與具體結(jié)合等方法來論述國際體系演進(jìn)的假設(shè)，重視對國際體系理論研究成果的借鑒，并用之于俄羅斯視角的研究。 本文以“國際體系演進(jìn)”為研究對象，以“俄羅斯”為研究切入點(diǎn)，以“厘清俄羅斯如何通過基于自身國家利益的外交行為在客觀上推動國際體系的發(fā)展”為研究目標(biāo)。在對國際體系演進(jìn)的概念、主要表現(xiàn)、研究要素等做出明確的概念界定后，本文從國際體系地理界限、國際體系結(jié)構(gòu)、國際體系運(yùn)行機(jī)制、國際體系秩序等幾個體現(xiàn)國際體系演進(jìn)的主要方面論述俄羅斯的作用。除此之外，，本文還結(jié)合現(xiàn)實(shí)，從多極化、地區(qū)事務(wù)、國際體系新秩序等多個角度分析了俄羅斯在當(dāng)代國際體系中的地位和作用。最后，在結(jié)束語中，對大國與國際體系的關(guān)系以及我國在當(dāng)前國際體系中如何定位和作為的問題提出了自己的思考。
[Abstract]:The evolution of international system is an important field of international relations research. For a long time, there is a tendency in the research in this field-like Westphalia complex, that is, too much emphasis is placed on the leading role of the western countries, and Russia's position and role in the evolution of the international system are downplayed or even ignored intentionally or unintentionally. This tendency hinders the objective historical study of the evolution of the international system. In order to correct this bias, this paper focuses on the important role of the Russian team in the evolution of the international system in the framework of macroscopical evolution of the international system. This paper tries to discuss the hypothesis of the evolution of the international system by combining history and theory, macroscopically and concretely, and pays attention to the reference to the theoretical research of the international system, and applies the research to the Russian perspective. This paper takes the evolution of the international system as the research object, Russia as the starting point, and clarifies how Russia can objectively promote the development of the international system through diplomatic actions based on its own national interests. After defining the concept, main performance and research elements of the evolution of the international system, this paper analyzes the geographical limits of the international system, the structure of the international system, the operational mechanism of the international system, and so on. The role of Russia is discussed in several aspects of the evolution of the international system, such as the international system order. In addition, this paper analyzes the status and role of Russia in the contemporary international system from the perspectives of multi-polarization, regional affairs and the new order of the international system. Finally, in the concluding remarks, the author puts forward his own thoughts on the relationship between the great powers and the international system, and on how to position and act in the current international system.
