【摘要】：本文分為三部分：第一部分梳理和分析了新世紀(jì)以來歐盟對(duì)華政策的基本內(nèi)容和調(diào)整的背景,按新世紀(jì)歐盟發(fā)布對(duì)華政策的先后,分別予以總結(jié)提煉。第二部分從宏觀上梳理分析了歐盟對(duì)華政策的特點(diǎn)及從宏觀和微觀兩方面對(duì)影響歐盟對(duì)華政策制定的因素進(jìn)行了分析。在分析對(duì)華政策的特點(diǎn)時(shí),結(jié)合對(duì)華政策的基本內(nèi)容進(jìn)行總結(jié)；在分析影響歐盟對(duì)華政策制定的因素分析時(shí),既對(duì)歐盟自身的內(nèi)部因素進(jìn)行了分析,又對(duì)外部因素：國際環(huán)境的變化,中國自身的變化及歐盟最大盟友美國的影響進(jìn)行了分析。最后一部分分析了歐盟對(duì)華政策的推行產(chǎn)生的影響,這種影響既有積極的一面,又有消極的一面。積極影響遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)大于消極影響,但中國應(yīng)該趨利避害,積極應(yīng)對(duì)這兩種影響,促進(jìn)中國穩(wěn)定快速發(fā)展。又有對(duì)世界的影響。既要把握積極,又要應(yīng)對(duì)消極,才能促進(jìn)世界的和諧發(fā)展,
[Abstract]:This paper is divided into three parts: the first part combs and analyzes the basic content and the adjustment background of the EU's China policy since the new century, and summarizes and refines it according to the sequence of the EU's China policy released in the new century. The second part analyzes the characteristics of the EU's China policy from the macro perspective and the factors that influence the EU's China policy formulation from the macro and micro aspects. In the analysis of the characteristics of the China policy, combined with the basic content of the policy on China, the paper summarizes the factors that affect the formulation of the EU's policy on China, and analyzes the internal factors of the EU itself. It also analyzes the external factors: the change of the international environment, the change of China itself and the influence of America, the EU's biggest ally. The last part analyzes the impact of EU policy on China, which has both positive and negative aspects. The positive influence is far greater than the negative influence, but China should seek advantages and avoid disadvantages, actively deal with these two influences, and promote China's stable and rapid development. And the impact on the world. In order to promote the harmonious development of the world, we should not only grasp the positive but also deal with the negative.
