【摘要】：蘇聯(lián)的解體不僅改變了世界格局,也打破了歐洲傳統(tǒng)的政治和經(jīng)濟(jì)格局。地緣環(huán)境的變化提升了烏克蘭的地緣政治和地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)地位,美俄兩國(guó)為了各自的利益圍繞烏克蘭展開了爭(zhēng)斗。俄羅斯將烏克蘭視為自己的傳統(tǒng)勢(shì)力范圍,是自己重振大國(guó)地位的重要的憑借力量,因此竭力維持自己在該地區(qū)的影響力。美國(guó)則把烏克蘭看作壓制俄羅斯的重要“橋頭堡”,積極拉攏烏克蘭加入北約,培養(yǎng)自己的代理人,以期進(jìn)一步削弱和控制俄羅斯。 本文第一部分講述了美俄爭(zhēng)奪烏克蘭的原因,分析了烏克蘭對(duì)美俄戰(zhàn)略利益的重要性。第二部分論述了美俄在烏克蘭爭(zhēng)奪的幾個(gè)重要領(lǐng)域,以及烏克蘭對(duì)美俄的利益訴求。在論文的第三部分分析了美俄對(duì)烏克蘭的爭(zhēng)奪對(duì)世界、對(duì)歐盟和對(duì)烏克蘭本身帶來的影響,最后對(duì)烏克蘭的政局走向作了簡(jiǎn)單預(yù)測(cè)。烏克蘭最終會(huì)實(shí)施更加務(wù)實(shí)的外交政策,在短時(shí)間內(nèi)加入北約已無可能。
[Abstract]:The disintegration of the Soviet Union not only changed the world pattern, but also broke the traditional European political and economic pattern. Changes in the geopolitical environment have raised Ukraine's geopolitical and geopolitical status, with the United States and Russia fighting over Ukraine for their own interests. Russia sees Ukraine as its traditional sphere of influence and is an important force in its efforts to restore power and therefore to maintain its influence in the region. The United States regards Ukraine as an important bridgehead to suppress Russia, actively wooing Ukraine to join NATO and cultivating its own proxies in order to further weaken and control Russia. The first part of this paper describes the reasons why the United States and Russia compete for Ukraine, and analyzes the importance of Ukraine's strategic interests to the United States and Russia. The second part discusses several important areas that America and Russia compete for in Ukraine, and Ukraine's interest demand to America and Russia. In the third part of this paper, the author analyzes the influence of the American and Russian competition for Ukraine on the world, the European Union and Ukraine itself, and finally makes a simple prediction of the political situation of Ukraine. Ukraine will eventually pursue a more pragmatic foreign policy, making it impossible to join NATO any time soon.
