【摘要】：中俄兩國(guó)已是全面戰(zhàn)略協(xié)作伙伴關(guān)系,但雙邊政治與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不平衡問(wèn)題一直沒(méi)有得到根本解決。對(duì)接"絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶"與歐亞經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)盟,形成地區(qū)命運(yùn)共同體,對(duì)發(fā)展兩國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系、鞏固兩國(guó)政治關(guān)系具有重要意義。二者對(duì)接的實(shí)現(xiàn)需要相關(guān)國(guó)家的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施合作以提供物質(zhì)保證,建立中國(guó)與歐亞經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)盟自貿(mào)區(qū)是重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)。中國(guó)應(yīng)利用已有的多邊合作機(jī)制和人文交流機(jī)制,減少歐亞經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)盟國(guó)家對(duì)中國(guó)的疑慮,夯實(shí)民意基礎(chǔ)。中國(guó)穩(wěn)健的經(jīng)濟(jì)活力是實(shí)現(xiàn)二者對(duì)接的根本保證。
[Abstract]:China and Russia have already been a comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership, but the imbalance between bilateral political and economic development has not been fundamentally resolved. Connecting the Silk Road Economic Belt with the Eurasian Economic Union to form a regional community of destiny is of great significance to the development of economic relations between the two countries and the consolidation of political relations between the two countries. The realization of the connection needs the infrastructure cooperation of the related countries to provide material guarantee, and the establishment of free trade area between China and Eurasian Economic Union is an important economic foundation. China should make use of the existing multilateral cooperation mechanism and humanistic exchange mechanism to reduce the misgivings of Eurasian Economic Union countries and consolidate the basis of public opinion. China's steady economic vitality is the fundamental guarantee to achieve the two docking.
