【摘要】：上海合作組織成立對(duì)于21世紀(jì)的國(guó)際社會(huì)來(lái)說(shuō)具有重大意義,自2001年6月成立至今,該組織已走過(guò)十年歷程。中國(guó)、俄羅斯及中亞國(guó)家在上合組織框架下積極拓寬各領(lǐng)域合作,在經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、安全、人文等合作領(lǐng)域取得了巨大成果,中俄兩國(guó)作為該組織的核心力量在起到了最關(guān)鍵的作用。 展望未來(lái),上合組織是一個(gè)充滿(mǎn)生命力、前途光明的地區(qū)合作機(jī)制,中俄兩國(guó)在該組織的框架下應(yīng)夯實(shí)兩國(guó)合作的基礎(chǔ),拓展合作領(lǐng)域,與中亞各國(guó)共同為地區(qū)和國(guó)際穩(wěn)定和發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)自己的力量。 本論文主體一共分為五大部分:第一部分為引言,這一部分主要涵蓋論文的選題意義、研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法和研究特色等內(nèi)容;第二部分講述了上合組織的成立與發(fā)展,這一部分主要包含了上合組織成立的相關(guān)背景及上合組織的成立與發(fā)展;第三部分講述了中俄在上合框架下?lián)碛泄餐?主要涵蓋了兩國(guó)在政治、安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)、對(duì)外防御領(lǐng)域的共同利益;第四部分講述了中俄兩國(guó)在上合組織框架下的利益差異,這一部分主要包含了中俄兩國(guó)在上合組織框架下對(duì)中亞寄予不同戰(zhàn)略利益、合作目標(biāo)不同、發(fā)展重點(diǎn)不同對(duì)及組織擴(kuò)員的態(tài)度不同等內(nèi)容;第五部分講述了推進(jìn)中俄在上海合作組織框架下合作的舉措,主要涵蓋了中俄兩國(guó)在上合組織框架下夯實(shí)兩國(guó)合作基礎(chǔ)及深化和拓展兩國(guó)合作領(lǐng)域等方面的內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:The establishment of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) is of great significance to the international community in the 21st century. Since its establishment in June 2001, the SCO has gone through ten years. China, Russia and the Central Asian countries have actively expanded their cooperation in various fields under the framework of the SCO, and have made great achievements in the fields of economic, political, security, human and other cooperation. China and Russia as the core of the organization played a key role. Looking forward to the future, the SCO is a vibrant and promising mechanism for regional cooperation. Under the framework of the organization, China and Russia should consolidate the foundation for cooperation between the two countries and expand the fields of cooperation. Work with Central Asian countries to contribute to regional and international stability and development. The main body of this paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, this part mainly covers the significance of the topic, research status, research methods and research characteristics, etc. The second part describes the establishment and development of SCO. This part mainly includes the relevant background of the establishment of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and the establishment and development of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. The third part describes the common interests of China and Russia under the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation, mainly covering the political, security and economic aspects of the two countries. The fourth part describes the differences in the interests of China and Russia under the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. This part mainly includes the different strategic interests of China and Russia in Central Asia under the framework of the SCO and the different goals of cooperation. Different priorities for development and different attitudes towards organizational expansion; part five describes measures to promote cooperation between China and Russia within the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. It mainly covers the contents of strengthening the foundation of cooperation between China and Russia under the framework of the SCO and deepening and expanding the fields of cooperation between the two countries.
