【摘要】：對外戰(zhàn)略既是一種軟實力,又是軟實力的重要載體和軟實力資源的調(diào)動方式。中俄戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)相似,但實現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的路徑差別很大。中國對外戰(zhàn)略始終被為王以德的仁治思想主導(dǎo),俄羅斯對外戰(zhàn)略則更注重實力主義,具有一定擴張性。中國對外戰(zhàn)略的視野和前瞻性較俄狹窄和滯后,導(dǎo)致大量戰(zhàn)略資源沒有被充分利用。俄羅斯善于大國博弈,能夠充分調(diào)動資源,但其戰(zhàn)略資源難以滿足對外戰(zhàn)略需求。
[Abstract]:Foreign strategy is not only a soft power, but also an important carrier of soft power and the mobilization of soft power resources. The strategic objectives of China and Russia are similar, but the paths to achieve them are very different. China's foreign strategy has always been dominated by Wang Yide's benevolence thought, while Russia's foreign strategy is more materialistic and expansionary. The vision and foresight of China's foreign strategy are narrower and slower than Russia's, resulting in a large number of strategic resources being underutilized. Russia is good at big country game and can fully mobilize resources, but its strategic resources are difficult to meet the external strategic needs.
