【摘要】：黃達遠認為地緣政治是內(nèi)亞近代化的主要動因,在英俄"大博弈"格局下,實現(xiàn)了內(nèi)亞從"韃靼"到"中亞"的地緣政治化過程。受內(nèi)亞地緣政治的影響,18世紀以來中國形成了具有內(nèi)亞特色的邊疆體制,是一種不同于西方的民族國家建構(gòu)形式。韋兵認為晚近西北邊疆形成幾乎包含了現(xiàn)代國家形成中的所有難題、悖論和挫折,邊疆問題的解決極大程度依賴國家在歷史進程中完成政治制度和社會治理的現(xiàn)代轉(zhuǎn)型,邊疆問題歸根到底也是一個中國現(xiàn)代國家建構(gòu)問題。關(guān)凱認為當下中國關(guān)于邊疆問題的話語政治及其所包含的三個文化面向:民族-國家建構(gòu)、現(xiàn)代性與文化多樣性和人的觀念。只有破除主流社會關(guān)于"邊疆問題"的認知誤區(qū),才可能真正實現(xiàn)邊疆的長治久安。納日碧力戈認為以"生存交互性"定義"邊疆",則處處是邊疆,人人互為邊疆,物物互為邊疆。唯有自我超越,超越舊有的"種見",才能推出民族新政治,推出民族和睦的新理念。劉琪認為我們在建構(gòu)現(xiàn)代民族-國家的過程中,類似"迪慶經(jīng)驗"的地方性知識,完全可能為現(xiàn)代性的缺憾提供補充,也可能為民族-國家建構(gòu)提供參照。
[Abstract]:Huang Dayuan thinks that geopolitics is the main reason for the modernization of Neiya. Under the pattern of "Great Game" between Britain and Russia, the geopolitical politicization of Naya from "Tartar" to "Central Asia" has been realized. Influenced by the geopolitics of Neiya, China has formed a borderland system with the characteristics of Neiya since the 18th century, which is a form of nation-state construction different from that of the West. Wei Bing believed that the formation of the Northwest Frontier in the near future contained almost all the difficulties, paradoxes and setbacks in the formation of the modern state, and that the settlement of the frontier problem depended to a great extent on the modern transformation of the political system and social governance of the state in the course of history. In the final analysis, the frontier problem is also a problem of the construction of a modern Chinese state. Guan Kai holds that China's discourse politics on frontier issues and its three cultural aspects are nation-state construction, modernity and cultural diversity, and the concept of human beings. Only by breaking down the cognitive misunderstanding of the "frontier problem" in the mainstream society, can we truly realize the long-term stability of the border area. Nari Birigo believes that the definition of "frontier" by "living interaction" is borderland, where everyone is the frontier, and the matter is the borderland. Only when we transcend ourselves and transcend the old ideas, can we put forward the new national politics and the new idea of national harmony. Liu Qi believes that in the process of constructing a modern nation-state, the local knowledge similar to "Diqing experience" can provide a supplement to the imperfection of modernity and a reference for the construction of a nation-state.
