【摘要】：中俄互為最大鄰國,兩國又是世界上有影響力的大國,兩國已經(jīng)建立了戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系,中俄關(guān)系在兩國的戰(zhàn)略全局中都具有重大的戰(zhàn)略價(jià)值。中俄關(guān)系的深入發(fā)展符合兩國的戰(zhàn)略利益,中國和俄羅斯之間的睦鄰友好合作伙伴關(guān)系是當(dāng)今新型大國關(guān)系的典范。進(jìn)入新世紀(jì)兩國關(guān)系發(fā)展的勢(shì)頭良好,面對(duì)國際政治格局的大變化、大調(diào)整,中俄兩國必須不斷深化兩國合作的戰(zhàn)略基礎(chǔ),尤其是在新世紀(jì)中推動(dòng)兩國關(guān)系的動(dòng)力因素,對(duì)兩國關(guān)系在新世紀(jì)的發(fā)展起著關(guān)鍵的作用。隨著中俄在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、軍事和安全等領(lǐng)域全方面的開展合作,中俄關(guān)系必定會(huì)在這些動(dòng)力因素的推動(dòng)下走上新的臺(tái)階。
[Abstract]:China and Russia are each other's biggest neighbors, and they are also influential powers in the world. The two countries have established strategic partnership. Sino-Russian relations are of great strategic value in the overall strategic situation of both countries. In the new century, China and Russia must constantly deepen the strategic foundation of bilateral cooperation in the face of great changes in the international political pattern and major readjustments. Especially in the new century, the dynamic factors that promote bilateral relations play a key role in the development of bilateral relations in the new century. With the development of Sino-Russian cooperation in politics, economy, culture, military affairs and security, Sino-Russian relations will surely take a new step under the impetus of these dynamic factors.
