[Abstract]:The South China Sea is commonly known as the South China Sea, and Chinese fishermen call it the "ancestral Sea." The islands, reefs and sandbanks are the earliest territorial waters discovered, named, administered and exploited by the Chinese. The sea and sea floor are rich in resources, strategic importance and the busiest and most important trade channel in the world. In modern times, European, American and Japanese imperialists invaded the sea area.
