【摘要】：國(guó)際關(guān)系理論與經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、管理學(xué)等有著相當(dāng)?shù)囊恢滦�、同步性與關(guān)聯(lián)性。自亞當(dāng)·斯密以來(lái),西方經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、管理學(xué)都主張競(jìng)爭(zhēng)而忽視合作。類似的是,20世紀(jì)70年代以前,國(guó)際關(guān)系學(xué)者的基本共識(shí)是,國(guó)際社會(huì)的常態(tài)是霍布斯式的惡性競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與沖突。而隨著協(xié)同學(xué)等相關(guān)科學(xué)研究成果的突破,經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化等諸多因素推動(dòng)了人們對(duì)合作的新認(rèn)識(shí)。同時(shí),主張制度合作的新自由主義、以身份認(rèn)同決定合作的建構(gòu)主義也對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)主義的主導(dǎo)地位及其安全困境發(fā)起了挑戰(zhàn)。這是傳統(tǒng)觀念出現(xiàn)的第一次突破。而競(jìng)合理念則是經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、管理學(xué)的第二次觀念革命。為此,筆者借用"競(jìng)合主義"范式,對(duì)當(dāng)前國(guó)際關(guān)系理論危機(jī)進(jìn)行新的嘗試和解讀。
[Abstract]:The theory of international relations is consistent with economics, management and so on. Since Adam Smith, Western economics and management have advocated competition rather than cooperation. Similarly, prior to the 1970s, the basic consensus of international relations scholars was that the normal state of the international community was Hobbesian vicious competition and conflict. With the breakthrough of scientific research such as Synergetics, many factors such as economic globalization promote people's new understanding of cooperation. At the same time, the neoliberalism, which advocates institutional cooperation and decides cooperation by identity, also challenges the dominant position of realism and its security dilemma. This is the first breakthrough in traditional ideas. The idea of competition and cooperation is the second idea revolution of economics and management. Therefore, the author uses the Paradigm of competing Doctrine to try and interpret the current crisis of international relations theory.
