【摘要】：全球治理體系結(jié)構(gòu)中存在著廣泛的機(jī)制碎片化,構(gòu)成了國際關(guān)系領(lǐng)域新的制度現(xiàn)象及結(jié)構(gòu)特征。為此,需要對機(jī)制碎片化這一治理新情況給予重視,探討治理機(jī)制碎片化的成因與后果,并就如何進(jìn)行有效管理提出相應(yīng)的對策。在當(dāng)前新的世界政治經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境背景下,面對全球治理機(jī)制碎片化的新挑戰(zhàn),中國作為全球治理體系的建設(shè)者,必須對日益顯現(xiàn)的機(jī)制碎片化及其復(fù)雜性狀況加強(qiáng)研究、有所應(yīng)對,發(fā)揮中國自身應(yīng)有的作用,并創(chuàng)造性參與,提升全球治理機(jī)制的有效性與合法性。
[Abstract]:There are a wide range of mechanism fragmentation in the global governance architecture, which constitutes a new institutional phenomenon and structural characteristics in the field of international relations. Therefore, we should pay attention to the new situation of mechanism fragmentation, probe into the causes and consequences of governance mechanism fragmentation, and put forward corresponding countermeasures on how to carry out effective management. Under the background of the new world political and economic environment, facing the new challenge of global governance mechanism fragmentation, China, as the constructor of the global governance system, must strengthen the research on the increasingly apparent fragmentation of the mechanism and its complexity. In order to improve the effectiveness and legitimacy of global governance mechanism, China should play its due role and participate creatively.
