【摘要】：冷戰(zhàn)結束后,邊緣化國家與國際體系的沖突日益增多,二者之間的沖突也逐漸成為傳統(tǒng)國際沖突的主要形式之一。隨著雙方互動沖突的累積,這種互動方式形成了一定的互動模式,在較長的一段時期內,給邊緣化國家的行為及國際體系的變遷造成了重要影響。邊緣化國家與國際體系的互動遵循著某種邏輯,具備不同于以往國家間沖突的特點,非對稱沖突成為雙方互動的根本特征。鑒于此,各個國家應尋求新的思路來有效管控和應對此種類型沖突的擴張,以防止國際體系遭受破壞性打擊。
[Abstract]:Since the end of the Cold War, the conflicts between the marginalized countries and the international system have been increasing day by day, and the conflicts between them have gradually become one of the main forms of the traditional international conflicts. With the accumulation of interaction and conflict between the two sides, this kind of interaction has formed a certain mode of interaction, which has had an important impact on the behavior of the marginalized countries and the changes of the international system in a long period of time. The interaction between the marginalized countries and the international system follows a certain logic and has the characteristics different from the previous conflicts between countries. Asymmetric conflict has become the fundamental characteristic of the interaction between the two sides. In view of this, countries should seek new ways to effectively manage and respond to the expansion of this type of conflict in order to prevent the international system from being dealt destructive blows.
