域外大國南海滲透對中國海洋權益維護的影響

【摘要】：冷戰(zhàn)結束后,南海區(qū)域外的大國美國、日本、澳大利亞、印度等出于地緣政治戰(zhàn)略位置的考慮及共同遏制中國崛起的目的,紛紛加大了滲透南海地區(qū)的力度。針對大國南海滲透戰(zhàn)略,中國必須將南海問題提升到國家戰(zhàn)略層面去經(jīng)營和籌劃,設法尋求戰(zhàn)略平衡點,建立一套維持南海局勢穩(wěn)定的機制,以維護中國在南海的海洋權益。
[Abstract]:After the end of the Cold War, the United States, Japan, Australia and India outside the South China Sea region have increased their efforts to penetrate the South China Sea region for the consideration of geopolitical strategic position and the purpose of jointly containing China's rise. In view of the penetration strategy of the great powers in the South China Sea, China must raise the issue of the South China Sea to the level of national strategy to manage and plan, try to find a strategic balance, and establish a mechanism to maintain the stability of the situation in the South China Sea, so as to safeguard China's maritime rights and interests in the South China Sea.
