中美戰(zhàn)略互信中的利益分層與觀念結構

【摘要】：隨著中國實力的不斷上升和美國在全球戰(zhàn)略布局的轉變，中美關系成為全球最重要的雙邊關系之一，中美之間存在廣泛的共同利益卻沒有形成相應的合作。相反，在中國周邊地區(qū)爭端中兩國戰(zhàn)略關系結構性矛盾突顯，這源于中美兩國戰(zhàn)略觀念在世界觀上的差異。在當前國際秩序下，兩國共享的原則化信念為中美戰(zhàn)略互信搭建對話與合作的平臺，雙邊關系的制度化因素體現(xiàn)出互利互惠的因果信念成為構建中美戰(zhàn)略互信的關鍵。 第一章“利益分層與觀念結構：一種分析框架”奠定本文理論基礎，通過對利益分層的理論與觀念結構的建構的基礎上分析中國戰(zhàn)略互信，從而明確中美戰(zhàn)略互信的三個關鍵環(huán)節(jié)，提出對中美戰(zhàn)略互信的因果假設。 第二章“中美戰(zhàn)略觀念對比”是在理論基礎上對現(xiàn)有中美兩國的戰(zhàn)略觀念進行對比，在世界觀、原則化信念和因果觀念的對比之中，，找出中美戰(zhàn)略存在的矛盾與契合之處，從而理解中美戰(zhàn)略互信的觀念結構。 第三章“東亞地區(qū)事務中的中美戰(zhàn)略互信”從朝核問題、中日爭端兩個案例對假設進行驗證，從不同角度深化對中美戰(zhàn)略互信問題的認知，為構建中美新型大國關系和戰(zhàn)略互信探尋路徑。
[Abstract]:With the rising of China's strength and the change of America's global strategic layout, Sino-US relations have become one of the most important bilateral relations in the world, but there are extensive common interests between China and the United States, but there is no corresponding cooperation between the two countries. On the contrary, the structural contradiction between the two countries' strategic relationship is highlighted in the disputes around China, which is due to the differences in the world outlook of the two countries' strategic concepts. Under the current international order, the belief of principle shared by the two countries is the platform for dialogue and cooperation between China and the United States, and the institutionalization of bilateral relations reflects the mutually beneficial causal belief that is the key to the construction of strategic mutual trust between China and the United States. The first chapter, "interest stratification and concept structure: an analytical framework", lays the theoretical foundation of this paper, and analyzes China's strategic mutual trust based on the construction of the theory and concept structure of interest stratification. In order to clarify the three key links of strategic trust between China and the United States, the causal hypothesis of strategic trust between China and the United States is put forward. The second chapter, "the comparison of Chinese and American Strategic Concepts", compares the existing strategic concepts of China and the United States on the basis of theory, and finds out the contradiction and agreement between China and the United States in the comparison of the world outlook, the belief of principle and the concept of causality. In order to understand the strategic mutual trust between China and the United States concept structure. The third chapter, "China-US Strategic Trust in East Asian Affairs", verifies the hypothesis from the North Korean nuclear issue, two cases of Sino-Japanese dispute, and deepens the cognition of China-US strategic mutual trust from different angles. In order to build a new type of large-power relations and strategic mutual trust between China and the United States to explore the path.
