【摘要】：中國(guó)與南非于1998年建交,建交后的雙邊經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系進(jìn)展迅速,日益受到學(xué)術(shù)界重視。中南經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系之所以快速發(fā)展,其動(dòng)力主要有以下幾點(diǎn)。首先,中南兩國(guó)有著良好的政治基礎(chǔ),而政治和經(jīng)濟(jì)互為促進(jìn),加之兩國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)互補(bǔ),這些構(gòu)成了促進(jìn)兩國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系發(fā)展的客觀因素。從中南兩國(guó)各自的國(guó)家利益角度分析,中國(guó)作為新興大國(guó),對(duì)南非的資源、市場(chǎng)以及南非市場(chǎng)輻射力下的非洲市場(chǎng)都有利益需求,而南非作為非洲國(guó)家的佼佼者,在技術(shù)上和政治上也對(duì)中國(guó)有需求,以期進(jìn)一步減少對(duì)西方國(guó)家的依賴。兩國(guó)建交13年來,雙方經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的快速發(fā)展使兩國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)利益、政治利益等國(guó)家利益獲益匪淺。從中南建交至今,兩國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)呈現(xiàn)出互利共贏局面,樹立了“南南合作”的典范。由于南非在非洲的巨大影響力與話語權(quán),兩國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的發(fā)展也有助于駁斥關(guān)于中國(guó)“新殖民主義”的論調(diào)。與此同時(shí),中南雙邊經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的發(fā)展中也存在一些不利因素,如兩國(guó)貿(mào)易的不平衡現(xiàn)象,中國(guó)企業(yè)對(duì)南非的熟悉度低,以及中南發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系時(shí)存在西方國(guó)家在南非的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)等。
[Abstract]:Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and South Africa in 1998, the bilateral economic relations have made rapid progress. The reason for the rapid development of economic relations between South and Central, its main motive force is the following. First of all, China and South Africa have a good political foundation, and politics and economy promote each other, together with the two economies complementary, these constitute the objective factors to promote the development of economic relations between the two countries. From the point of view of the respective national interests of China and South Africa, China, as an emerging power, has an interest demand for South Africa's resources, markets and the African market under the radiation of the South African market, while South Africa is the leader of the African countries. There is also technical and political demand for China to further reduce its dependence on the West. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries 13 years ago, the rapid development of economic relations between the two countries has greatly benefited the economic and political interests of the two countries. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and South Africa, the two economies have presented a win-win situation and set a model of South-South cooperation. Given South Africa's great influence and voice in Africa, the development of economic relations between the two countries has also helped to refute claims that China is "neocolonialism." At the same time, there are some unfavorable factors in the development of bilateral economic relations between China and South Africa, such as the imbalance of trade between the two countries, the low familiarity of Chinese enterprises with South Africa, and the competition of western countries in South Africa in the development of economic relations between China and South Africa.
