【摘要】：中印建交60多年來,兩國關(guān)系在曲折中前行。近些年來,中印兩國超越了冷戰(zhàn)思維、印度核試危機(jī)、中印邊界爭端等不利于兩國關(guān)系發(fā)展的多重因素,在經(jīng)濟(jì)合作領(lǐng)域取得了長足發(fā)展,兩國戰(zhàn)略互信不斷加深,戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴進(jìn)一步深化,構(gòu)建新型大國關(guān)系已經(jīng)成為中印兩國的共識。然而,新型大國關(guān)系的最終實現(xiàn)還要經(jīng)歷較為漫長而艱難的過程。主要是因為:從地緣安全方面看,邊界爭端、中國西藏、印度洋戰(zhàn)略利益問題將長期困擾著兩國關(guān)系;從外部因素看,中、印、巴三國關(guān)系和美、日、印三國關(guān)系也將長期制約中印關(guān)系的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and India more than 60 years ago, bilateral relations have been moving forward with twists and turns. In recent years, China and India have surmounted the Cold War mentality, India's nuclear test crisis, Sino-Indian border disputes, and other factors that are not conducive to the development of bilateral relations, have made considerable progress in the field of economic cooperation, and the strategic mutual trust between the two countries has been continuously deepened. The strategic cooperation partner further deepens, constructs the new type big country relations already became the Chinese and Indian two countries' consensus. However, the final realization of the new power relations has to go through a long and difficult process. Mainly because: from the point of view of geo-security, the border dispute, the strategic interests of China, Tibet, and the Indian Ocean will be bothering the relations between the two countries for a long time; from the external factors, the relations between China, India, Pakistan and the United States and Japan, Relations between India and India will also be a long-term constraint on the development of Sino-Indian relations.
