【摘要】：2011年以來(lái),塔吉克斯坦共和國(guó)與烏茲別克斯坦共和國(guó)兩國(guó)關(guān)系不斷惡化。從當(dāng)前兩國(guó)缺乏政治互信,存在利益認(rèn)知差異等現(xiàn)實(shí)來(lái)看,雙方采取的選擇性"對(duì)方國(guó)"政策擴(kuò)大了兩國(guó)的利益沖突,掣肘著兩國(guó)關(guān)系的和諧發(fā)展。要在短期內(nèi)解決兩國(guó)之間的結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾和戰(zhàn)略互疑依然非常艱難。
[Abstract]:Relations between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan have deteriorated since 2011. In view of the fact that the two countries lack political mutual trust and have different cognition of interests, the selective "other country" policy adopted by both sides has enlarged the conflict of interest between the two countries and restricted the harmonious development of the relations between the two countries. Resolving the structural and strategic tensions between the two countries in the short term remains difficult.
