建構(gòu)主義視角下埃及與利比亞的合作和沖突(1969-1981)

【摘要】:建構(gòu)主義理論興起于上個(gè)世紀(jì)八十年代,是在新現(xiàn)實(shí)主義和新自由制度主義主導(dǎo)的西方國(guó)際關(guān)系理論論戰(zhàn)的背景下誕生并逐漸發(fā)展成熟的。建構(gòu)主義的異軍突起,促進(jìn)了國(guó)際關(guān)系理論的新發(fā)展,同時(shí)也為研究利比亞和埃及的關(guān)系提供了新的視角。利埃兩國(guó)都是北非地區(qū)的重要國(guó)家,他們地理位置相鄰、宗教信仰相同、語(yǔ)言文化相似,擁有深厚的歷史淵源。1969年利比亞革命爆發(fā)后,兩國(guó)關(guān)系友好,一度試圖合并。1973年十月戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)之后,兩國(guó)關(guān)系開始惡化,由合作轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閷?duì)抗,從“朋友”身份轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榱恕皵橙恕薄_\(yùn)用建構(gòu)主義分析視角,可以得知兩國(guó)的關(guān)系經(jīng)歷了無(wú)政府狀態(tài)下康德文化向洛克文化的轉(zhuǎn)變,這一轉(zhuǎn)變,表明了兩國(guó)在互動(dòng)實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)上共有觀念的變化。本文借用亞歷山大·溫特的建構(gòu)主義分析框架,以身份為工具,將埃及、利比亞關(guān)系作為關(guān)鍵變量,對(duì)這一時(shí)期兩國(guó)關(guān)系的發(fā)展演變進(jìn)行詳細(xì)評(píng)述,以期為利埃兩國(guó)關(guān)系的良性發(fā)展提供啟迪。
[Abstract]:The theory of constructivism arose in the eighties of last century. It was born and matured gradually under the background of the controversy of western international relations theory dominated by neo-realism and neo-liberal institutionalism. The emergence of constructivism promotes the development of the theory of international relations and provides a new perspective for the study of the relationship between Libya and Egypt. The two countries are important countries in the North African region. They are geographically adjacent, have the same religious beliefs, similar languages and cultures, and have deep historical roots. After the Libyan Revolution broke out in 1969, the two countries enjoyed friendly relations. After the October 1973 war, relations between the two countries began to deteriorate from cooperation to confrontation, from "friend" to "enemy." From the perspective of constructivist analysis, we can know that the relationship between the two countries has undergone the transformation from Kant culture to Locke culture under anarchy, which indicates the change of common concepts on the basis of interactive practice between the two countries. Using Alexander Winter's framework of constructivism and identity as a tool, this paper makes a detailed review of the development and evolution of the relations between the two countries during this period, taking the relations between Egypt and Libya as the key variables. In order to provide inspiration for the healthy development of the relations between the two countries.
