【摘要】：美國(guó)"網(wǎng)絡(luò)自由"滲透戰(zhàn)略如影隨形地影響我國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)意識(shí)形態(tài)安全。美國(guó)提出"網(wǎng)絡(luò)自由"滲透戰(zhàn)略,具有技術(shù)、國(guó)際和國(guó)內(nèi)背景,美國(guó)前國(guó)務(wù)卿希拉里兩次關(guān)于"網(wǎng)絡(luò)自由"議題的演講和美國(guó)出臺(tái)一系列關(guān)于網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間的國(guó)際戰(zhàn)略、行動(dòng)戰(zhàn)略和政策報(bào)告,標(biāo)志著美國(guó)"網(wǎng)絡(luò)自由"滲透戰(zhàn)略已經(jīng)形成。美國(guó)"網(wǎng)絡(luò)自由"滲透戰(zhàn)略的主要特點(diǎn),是它以網(wǎng)絡(luò)"全球公域"為立論起點(diǎn),推行"網(wǎng)絡(luò)自由"價(jià)值觀;以巨額資金為保障,加快"網(wǎng)絡(luò)自由技術(shù)"的研發(fā)與應(yīng)用;以嚴(yán)密組織運(yùn)作為依托,操縱國(guó)際網(wǎng)絡(luò)政治傳播。究其本質(zhì),美國(guó)"網(wǎng)絡(luò)自由"滲透戰(zhàn)略只不過(guò)是美國(guó)冷戰(zhàn)思維和價(jià)值觀滲透的網(wǎng)絡(luò)延伸,美國(guó)國(guó)家利益的網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓展,美國(guó)霸權(quán)主義的網(wǎng)絡(luò)翻版,美國(guó)監(jiān)控全球的網(wǎng)絡(luò)包裝。
[Abstract]:The penetration strategy of "network freedom" in the United States influences the security of our country's network ideology. The United States has put forward the "cyber freedom" penetration strategy, which has a technological, international and domestic background. Former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton made two speeches on the topic of "Cyber Freedom" and the United States issued a series of international strategies on cyberspace. Action strategy and policy report, marking the United States, "network freedom" penetration strategy has been formed. The main characteristic of America's "network freedom" permeation strategy is that it takes the network "global Commons" as the starting point, promotes the "network freedom" value, and speeds up the research and development and application of "network freedom technology", which is guaranteed by a huge amount of funds. Rely on strict organization and operation, manipulate the international network political communication. In essence, the "network freedom" penetration strategy of the United States is nothing more than the network extension of American Cold War thinking and values, the network expansion of American national interests, the network reproduction of American hegemonism, and the monitoring of the global network packaging by the United States.
