【摘要】：在新的歷史時(shí)期,中國的發(fā)展和民族復(fù)興面臨諸多的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)。中國應(yīng)該采取怎樣的國際戰(zhàn)略來維護(hù)本國的利益,同時(shí)繼續(xù)開創(chuàng)中國國際環(huán)境的新局面,成為擺在中國面前的重大問題。 鄧小平的國際戰(zhàn)略思想對(duì)開創(chuàng)中國政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、外交的新局面發(fā)揮過積極的作用。鄧小平對(duì)時(shí)代主題與世界發(fā)展趨勢(shì)作出判斷,認(rèn)為和平與發(fā)展是時(shí)代主題、世界格局多極化方向發(fā)展。面對(duì)變化發(fā)展的世界,鄧小平提出了應(yīng)對(duì)世界發(fā)展變化的國際戰(zhàn)略以及與之匹配的國內(nèi)政策。這些思想為我國創(chuàng)造了和平與發(fā)展的國際國內(nèi)環(huán)境。在新的時(shí)代條件下,面對(duì)新的國際國內(nèi)局勢(shì),江澤民、胡錦濤在繼承鄧小平國際戰(zhàn)略思想的基礎(chǔ)上,發(fā)展了新的國際戰(zhàn)略思想。江澤民提出了和平與發(fā)展仍是時(shí)代的主題、新安全觀、世界多樣性思想。胡錦濤提出了“和諧世界”的理念、和平發(fā)展道路、和諧周邊思想。鄧小平的國際戰(zhàn)略思想及其江澤民、胡錦濤在繼承的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展形成的國際戰(zhàn)略思想顯示了新時(shí)期中國特色社會(huì)主義國際戰(zhàn)略思想體系的建構(gòu)。這不僅豐富和發(fā)展了馬克思主義的國際戰(zhàn)略思想,而且對(duì)我國應(yīng)對(duì)世界局勢(shì)和國際環(huán)境的變化與挑戰(zhàn),謀求和平與發(fā)展發(fā)揮了積極的、至關(guān)重要的指導(dǎo)作用,并產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)的影響。
[Abstract]:In the new historical period, China's development and national rejuvenation are faced with many opportunities and challenges. What kind of international strategy China should adopt to safeguard its own interests and at the same time continue to open up a new situation of China's international environment has become a major issue facing China. Deng Xiaoping's international strategic thought has played a positive role in opening up a new situation of Chinese politics, economy, culture and diplomacy. Deng Xiaoping judges the theme of the times and the development trend of the world, and holds that peace and development are the themes of the times and the multipolarization direction of the world pattern. Facing the changing and developing world, Deng Xiaoping puts forward the international strategy and corresponding domestic policies to deal with the world development and change. These thoughts have created the international and domestic environment of peace and development for our country. In the new era, in the face of the new international and domestic situation, Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao have developed new international strategic thoughts on the basis of inheriting the international strategic thought of Deng Xiaoping. Jiang Zemin put forward that peace and development are still the theme of the times, the new security concept, the idea of world diversity. Hu Jintao puts forward the idea of "harmonious world", the road of peaceful development and the idea of harmonious periphery. The international strategic thought of Deng Xiaoping and its Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao developed on the basis of inheritance show the construction of international strategic thought system of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new period. This not only enriches and develops Marxist international strategic thinking, but also plays a positive and vital guiding role in our country's response to changes and challenges in the world situation and the international environment, and in the pursuit of peace and development. And has produced the profound influence.
