【摘要】：臺(tái)灣問題事關(guān)中國(guó)的領(lǐng)土統(tǒng)一和主權(quán)的完整。其中，美國(guó)的對(duì)臺(tái)政策是最重要的影響因素之一。美國(guó)對(duì)臺(tái)政策影響著中國(guó)最終對(duì)臺(tái)灣問題的解決。當(dāng)前，，奧巴馬執(zhí)政時(shí)期，力圖實(shí)現(xiàn)21世紀(jì)美國(guó)亞太戰(zhàn)略的轉(zhuǎn)移。在這一背景之下，臺(tái)灣的地緣戰(zhàn)略地位更加凸顯。因此關(guān)注奧巴馬政府最新的對(duì)臺(tái)政策調(diào)整，具有相當(dāng)?shù)默F(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文從冷戰(zhàn)后美國(guó)對(duì)臺(tái)政策演變?nèi)胧郑?jiǎn)略回顧冷戰(zhàn)后美國(guó)歷屆政府的對(duì)臺(tái)政策；通過分析奧巴馬政府時(shí)期對(duì)臺(tái)政策的延續(xù)與變化，探尋奧巴馬政府對(duì)臺(tái)政策的本質(zhì)；基于對(duì)奧巴馬政府對(duì)臺(tái)政策的戰(zhàn)略性因素分析，試圖把握今后美國(guó)對(duì)臺(tái)政策走向，進(jìn)而提出中國(guó)的應(yīng)對(duì)之策。
[Abstract]:The Taiwan issue concerns the territorial unity and sovereignty of China. Among them, American policy toward Taiwan is one of the most important influential factors. American policy towards Taiwan affects China's final settlement of the Taiwan issue. At present, during Obama's administration, he tries to realize the transfer of American Asia-pacific strategy in the 21 st century. In this context, Taiwan's geo-strategic position is even more prominent. Therefore, it is of practical significance to pay attention to the latest adjustment of the Obama administration's policy toward Taiwan. Starting with the evolution of American policy toward Taiwan after the Cold War, this paper briefly reviews the policies of the successive US administrations on Taiwan after the Cold War, explores the essence of the Obama administration's policy on Taiwan by analyzing the continuation and changes of the policy towards Taiwan during the Obama administration. Based on the analysis of the strategic factors of Obama administration's Taiwan policy, this paper tries to grasp the trend of American policy towards Taiwan in the future, and then puts forward China's countermeasures.
