【摘要】：戰(zhàn)后美日關(guān)系的變動,始終是影響東亞地區(qū)穩(wěn)定的重要因素。戰(zhàn)后初期美國對日政策的重心經(jīng)歷了從改造到扶持的轉(zhuǎn)變過程。這一轉(zhuǎn)變有著復(fù)雜的歷史背景和原因,經(jīng)歷了曲折的轉(zhuǎn)變過程,轉(zhuǎn)變的直接結(jié)果奠定了之后的美日關(guān)系,且至今仍對東亞地區(qū)國際政治格局的變化存在著重要影響。戰(zhàn)后初期影響美國轉(zhuǎn)變對日政策的諸因素,并非先前中外學(xué)者所分析的平行并重,而是有先有后,有主有次,諸因素形成一個邏輯因果鏈,最終導(dǎo)致"舊金山體制"形成。在美國轉(zhuǎn)變對日政策過程中,意識形態(tài)分歧和美蘇大國間國家利益的博弈互為表里,時而契合,時而背離,但最終依歸是各自的國家利益。所有這些對于預(yù)判目前東亞地區(qū)國際政治格局的走向和趨勢、對于確立處理該地區(qū)國際事務(wù)的基調(diào)和對策是有重要的現(xiàn)實借鑒意義的。
[Abstract]:After the war, the change of American-Japanese relations has always been an important factor affecting the stability of East Asia. In the early postwar period, the focus of American policy toward Japan underwent a process of transformation from transformation to support. This change has a complicated historical background and reasons, and has experienced a tortuous process. The direct result of the change has laid a foundation for the relationship between the United States and Japan, and it still has an important influence on the change of the international political pattern in East Asia. In the early postwar period, the factors that influenced the American policy toward Japan were not the parallel emphasis which had been analyzed by Chinese and foreign scholars before, but the formation of "San Francisco system". In the process of American changing its policy toward Japan, the differences of ideology and the game of national interests between the United States and the Soviet Union are mutually expressed, which sometimes agree with and deviate from each other, but in the end it is their respective national interests. All of these are of practical significance for predicting the trend and trend of the current international political pattern in East Asia and for establishing the tone and countermeasures for dealing with the international affairs in the region.
