【摘要】：作為現(xiàn)代國際體系中的后起之秀,中國已經(jīng)意識(shí)到崛起之后所面臨的恐怖主義威脅。自20世紀(jì)90年代初以來,中國多次遭受了源于新疆或者與之相關(guān)的暴力襲擊。中國政府在中東、非洲、南亞和中亞廣泛尋求能源,使得中國面臨的恐怖威脅在未來可能還會(huì)增加。在美國遭受。"9.11"恐怖襲擊之后,特別是在2008年奧運(yùn)會(huì)的安保工作中,中美開展了共同反對恐怖主義的合作。華盛頓和北京都發(fā)現(xiàn),在反對國際恐怖主義的問題上,雙方有很多共同利益。然而,為確保兩國能開展長期合作,雙方都必須掌控在恐怖主義問題上意見相左的局面,并克服區(qū)域政治競爭帶來的巨大挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:As a rising star in the modern international system, China is aware of the threat of terrorism after its rise. Since the early 1990 s, China has suffered numerous violent attacks from or related to Xinjiang. The Chinese government's extensive search for energy in the Middle East, Africa, South Asia and Central Asia is likely to increase the threat of terrorism facing China in the future. In the wake of the September 11 terrorist attacks on the United States, especially in the context of security at the 2008 Olympic Games, China and the United States cooperated in the fight against terrorism. Washington and Beijing both find that they share many common interests in combating international terrorism. However, in order to ensure long-term cooperation, both sides must take control of the disagreement over terrorism and overcome the enormous challenges posed by regional political competition.
