【摘要】：日本一貫重視對(duì)東盟公共外交,安倍政府再次上臺(tái)后,對(duì)東盟公共外交在機(jī)制、內(nèi)容等方面出現(xiàn)了一些新特點(diǎn):通過高層公共外交強(qiáng)化對(duì)東盟公共外交機(jī)制,以政府開發(fā)援助和對(duì)外文化交流為基礎(chǔ)豐富了對(duì)東盟公共外交內(nèi)容,以婦女、青年和意見領(lǐng)袖為抓手拓展人脈網(wǎng)絡(luò)。安倍所采取的系列公共外交舉措成效明顯,增強(qiáng)了日本在東盟的存在,也優(yōu)化了其在東盟的輿論環(huán)境。面對(duì)日本東盟公共外交的迅猛發(fā)展,中國應(yīng)堅(jiān)持"以鄰為伴、與鄰為善"的周邊外交,進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化對(duì)東盟公共外交機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Japan has always attached importance to public diplomacy to ASEAN. After Abe's government came to power again, some new features appeared in the mechanism and content of ASEAN public diplomacy: strengthening the mechanism of public diplomacy to ASEAN through high-level public diplomacy, On the basis of government development assistance and foreign cultural exchanges, the content of public diplomacy to ASEAN has been enriched, with women, youth and opinion leaders as the starting point to expand the network of people. Abe's series of public diplomacy measures have been effective, strengthening Japan's presence in ASEAN and optimizing its public opinion environment in ASEAN. In the face of the rapid development of Japan's ASEAN public diplomacy, China should adhere to the peripheral diplomacy of "with neighbors as partners and neighbors as good" and further optimize the mechanism of public diplomacy to ASEAN.
