【摘要】：新近出現(xiàn)的逆全球化現(xiàn)象,既有歷史淵源,也具現(xiàn)實新意。從政治學(xué)角度看,導(dǎo)致逆全球化結(jié)果的應(yīng)當(dāng)是一個經(jīng)濟(jì)/政治交互作用的系統(tǒng)合力,包括危機(jī)周期率、國際競爭博弈、霸權(quán)邏輯以及國家極化等關(guān)鍵性驅(qū)動因子。部分發(fā)達(dá)資本主義國家逆全球化潮流而動,勢必會對國際政治關(guān)系、世界政治秩序以及全球價值分配產(chǎn)生系統(tǒng)性的政治效應(yīng)。歷史經(jīng)驗證明,中國在國家發(fā)展過程中,必須要有基于國際視野、全球思維的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃與行動,要在國家治理能力與國際責(zé)任雙維坐標(biāo)中相機(jī)錨定自身的全球化角色定位。在當(dāng)下與未來,推進(jìn)國家治理現(xiàn)代化戰(zhàn)略,是中國直面全球化進(jìn)程中各種風(fēng)浪的必然選擇。
[Abstract]:The new anti-globalization phenomenon has both historical origin and realistic new meaning. From the point of view of political science, the result of anti-globalization should be an economic / political interaction of the system, including crisis cycle rate, international competition game, hegemonic logic and national polarization and other key driving factors. Some developed capitalist countries are bound to have systematic political effects on international political relations, world political order and global value distribution if they move against the trend of globalization. Historical experience has proved that in the process of national development, China must have strategic planning and action based on international vision and global thinking, and anchor its role in globalization in the dual dimensional coordinate of national governance and international responsibility. In the present and future, it is an inevitable choice for China to face all kinds of storms in the process of globalization.
