【摘要】：近年來國際油價的大幅度下跌沒有帶動南海問題的降溫,這一現(xiàn)實情況表明南海問題的核心并不是周邊國家對南海的油氣資源之爭。本文從地緣政治角度進行分析,認(rèn)為南海爭端愈演愈烈的關(guān)鍵原因在于南海作為從中國大陸向西太平洋和東南亞地區(qū)延伸的戰(zhàn)略突出部的獨特地緣特性。這些特性使南海地區(qū)成為中國戰(zhàn)略南下的關(guān)鍵出口和易受多方夾擊的地區(qū),各國在南海戰(zhàn)略突出部的競爭最終導(dǎo)致南海問題持續(xù)升溫。對此,中國應(yīng)從戰(zhàn)略全局出發(fā)打造南海及周邊東南亞國家間的和平環(huán)境,對域外大國區(qū)別對待并采取針對性策略,并且堅定不移地加強在南海戰(zhàn)略突出部的國家實力。
[Abstract]:The sharp drop in international oil prices in recent years has not led to the cooling of the South China Sea problem, which indicates that the core of the South China Sea problem is not the dispute over the oil and gas resources in the South China Sea by neighboring countries. From the perspective of geopolitics, this paper argues that the key reason for the growing dispute in the South China Sea lies in its unique geographical characteristics as a strategic protruding region extending from the mainland of China to the Western Pacific and Southeast Asia. These characteristics make the South China Sea a key export and vulnerable region for China's strategic southward exit. The competition of various countries in the strategic protruding region of the South China Sea ultimately leads to the continuous warming of the South China Sea problem. In view of this, China should build a peaceful environment between the South China Sea and its neighboring Southeast Asian countries from the overall strategic situation, treat the foreign powers differently and adopt targeted strategies, and unswervingly strengthen the national strength of the strategic protrusions in the South China Sea.
