【摘要】：經(jīng)濟全球化和區(qū)域一體化的加速發(fā)展使得中美兩國經(jīng)濟聯(lián)系更加緊密,相互依賴程度不斷加深。面對金融危機,中美之間開展積極的經(jīng)濟外交,促進了兩國關(guān)系的健康發(fā)展和全世界和平的穩(wěn)定。本文為定性研究,探討金融危機背景下中美經(jīng)濟外交問題。 本文以金融危機背景下中美兩國的經(jīng)貿(mào)現(xiàn)狀為主要研究內(nèi)容,運用美國學(xué)者塞繆爾·亨廷頓和約瑟夫·奈的國家利益理論、羅伯特·基歐漢和約瑟夫·奈的相互依賴論,國際合作理論,揭示中美兩國發(fā)展經(jīng)濟外交的動機、影響兩國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的因素以及發(fā)展經(jīng)濟外交的策略,詮釋中美經(jīng)濟外交的特征和本質(zhì)。 研究表明,冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束后,當(dāng)代國際關(guān)系的中心議題發(fā)生了變化。冷戰(zhàn)時期被關(guān)注的政治、安全議題逐步被以經(jīng)濟和發(fā)展為核心的理念所取代,中美經(jīng)濟外交已經(jīng)成為兩國外交的最重要組成部分。在解決經(jīng)濟危機問題上,中美兩國都在“敏感性’和“脆弱性”因素的影響下為適應(yīng)環(huán)境的變化做出調(diào)整,促進了兩國外交關(guān)系的發(fā)展,雙方應(yīng)該繼續(xù)推動經(jīng)濟國際化戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:The accelerated development of economic globalization and regional integration has made the economic ties between China and the United States closer and the degree of interdependence deepening. In the face of the financial crisis, positive economic diplomacy between China and the United States has promoted the healthy development of bilateral relations and the stability of world peace. This paper is a qualitative study to explore the issues of economic diplomacy between China and the United States in the context of the financial crisis. Based on the current economic and trade situation of China and the United States in the context of the financial crisis, this paper applies the national interest theory of Samuel Huntington and Joseph Nye of American scholars, and the interdependence theory of Robert Keahan and Joseph Nye. The theory of international cooperation reveals the motives of the development of economic diplomacy between China and the United States, the factors that affect the economic development of the two countries and the strategies of developing economic diplomacy, and interprets the characteristics and essence of the economic diplomacy between China and the United States. Research shows that the central issue of contemporary international relations has changed since the end of the Cold War. During the Cold War, political and security issues were gradually replaced by the concept of economy and development as the core. Economic diplomacy between China and the United States has become the most important part of the two countries' diplomacy. In resolving the economic crisis, both China and the United States, under the influence of "sensitivity" and "vulnerability" factors, have made adjustments to adapt to the changing environment, which has promoted the development of diplomatic relations between the two countries, and both sides should continue to promote the strategy of economic internationalization.
