【摘要】：二戰(zhàn)后,世界進(jìn)入美蘇兩強(qiáng)爭(zhēng)霸時(shí)代,也由此進(jìn)入冷戰(zhàn)時(shí)期,在此期間美國(guó)亦逐步形成具體、可觀的全球戰(zhàn)略。美國(guó)的全球戰(zhàn)略隨著自身實(shí)力和國(guó)際形勢(shì)的變化有著相應(yīng)的調(diào)整,但中國(guó)在美國(guó)的全球戰(zhàn)略中始終占據(jù)著重要位置。 自2008年全球金融危機(jī)以來,美國(guó)實(shí)力的相對(duì)衰落使得國(guó)際局勢(shì)發(fā)生著重大變化,后冷戰(zhàn)時(shí)代的國(guó)際政治格局面臨深刻變動(dòng)。為了繼續(xù)保持世界領(lǐng)先地位,美國(guó)高調(diào)宣示“重返”亞太。當(dāng)前美國(guó)全球戰(zhàn)略重心東移,加大對(duì)中國(guó)的戰(zhàn)略阻斷和干擾,使得亞太地區(qū)地緣政治格局日趨復(fù)雜,形勢(shì)更為動(dòng)蕩,中國(guó)走和平發(fā)展道路的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境更加嚴(yán)峻。 面對(duì)美國(guó)的戰(zhàn)略重心東移,中國(guó)作為應(yīng)對(duì)的未來國(guó)際政治戰(zhàn)略并不復(fù)雜：繼續(xù)堅(jiān)定不移地走和平發(fā)展道路,并在此基礎(chǔ)上堅(jiān)持以實(shí)力為基礎(chǔ)的、符合當(dāng)前國(guó)際政治發(fā)展現(xiàn)實(shí)和趨勢(shì)的“務(wù)實(shí)王道”國(guó)際政治戰(zhàn)略,積極探索中西交融、可持續(xù)的全球治理形式。
[Abstract]:After World War II, the world entered the era of American and Soviet hegemony, and thus entered the Cold War period, during which the United States gradually formed a specific, considerable global strategy. The global strategy of the United States has been adjusted with the changes of its own strength and the international situation, but China has always occupied an important position in the global strategy of the United States. Since the global financial crisis in 2008, the relative decline of American strength has caused great changes in the international situation, and the international political structure in the post-Cold War era is facing profound changes. In order to maintain its leading position in the world, the United States has vowed to return to the Asia-Pacific region with a high profile. At present, the global strategic focus of the United States moves eastward, increasing the strategic blockade and interference to China, which makes the geopolitical structure of the Asia-Pacific region more complex, the situation more turbulent, and the internal and external environment for China to take the road of peaceful development more severe. In the face of the eastward shift of the strategic focus of the United States, China's future international political strategy as a response is not complicated: continue to unswervingly follow the path of peaceful development and, on this basis, adhere to the basis of strength. In line with the current international political development reality and trend of "pragmatic king" international political strategy, actively explore the integration of China and the West, sustainable forms of global governance.
