【摘要】：正建構(gòu)中國(guó)話(huà)語(yǔ)體系,已成為理論界、學(xué)術(shù)界的一個(gè)共識(shí)。但也有人擔(dān)心,這是否與我們韜光養(yǎng)晦的外交理念相矛盾?實(shí)際上,韜光養(yǎng)晦主要指的是根據(jù)自身實(shí)力確定我們?cè)趪?guó)際事務(wù)中的位置和作用,不盲目當(dāng)頭。建構(gòu)強(qiáng)勢(shì)中國(guó)話(huà)語(yǔ)與之并不矛盾。中國(guó)人從來(lái)不想惹事,想低調(diào)做事,遺憾的是"樹(shù)欲靜而風(fēng)不止":由西方意識(shí)形態(tài)主導(dǎo)的西方媒體上充滿(mǎn)了對(duì)我國(guó)的偏見(jiàn)和負(fù)面報(bào)道。這背后是許多西方人盲目的政治自信,
[Abstract]:The construction of Chinese discourse system has become a consensus in theoretical and academic circles. But there are also concerns about whether this contradicts our diplomatic philosophy of keeping a low profile.
