【摘要】：2000年制定實(shí)施的千年發(fā)展目標(biāo)即將到期,聯(lián)合國(guó)啟動(dòng)了2015年后發(fā)展議程。迄今為止,2015年后發(fā)展議程國(guó)際進(jìn)程的基本格局呈現(xiàn)多軌并進(jìn)、廣泛參與的特點(diǎn),成員國(guó)政府間談判、聯(lián)合國(guó)系統(tǒng)的努力以及其他國(guó)際談判和磋商機(jī)制均對(duì)2015年后發(fā)展議程的制定和實(shí)施具有重要的貢獻(xiàn)。相比千年發(fā)展目標(biāo)的制定過程,當(dāng)前國(guó)際進(jìn)程呈現(xiàn)一些新特點(diǎn),為了平衡各方利益,也面臨許多嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。后續(xù)2015年后發(fā)展議程實(shí)施依然面臨許多難題,需要構(gòu)建更加公平有效的全球可持續(xù)發(fā)展治理機(jī)制,并加強(qiáng)可持續(xù)發(fā)展科學(xué)研究與國(guó)際合作。
[Abstract]:The Millennium Development Goals , which were formulated in 2000 , are about to expire and the United Nations has launched the post - 2015 development agenda . To date , the basic pattern of the post - 2015 development agenda international process presents an important contribution to the formulation and implementation of the post - 2015 development agenda . The implementation of the post - 2015 development agenda faces many challenges , and the implementation of the post - 2015 development agenda faces many challenges and needs to build more equitable and effective global sustainable development governance mechanisms and to strengthen scientific research and international cooperation on sustainable development .
