【摘要】： 當(dāng)前,中國的發(fā)展處在一個新時期,世界局勢也處在一個新時期。雖然和平與發(fā)展是時代的主題,國家間的合作在國際社會顯得愈加重要,但是國際局勢仍很復(fù)雜,中日兩國都面臨一系列重大挑戰(zhàn),在這樣的背景下,中日兩國尤其應(yīng)加強(qiáng)溝通和合作。中日兩國開展互利互惠合作是時代的要求,是國際政治經(jīng)濟(jì)格局調(diào)整的需求,也是兩國發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實需要。能否正確處理和推動中日關(guān)系向有利于中國進(jìn)一步發(fā)展、向有利于實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興方向發(fā)展,是中國和平發(fā)展道路上必須面對、也必須解決的難題。我們必須有偉大的胸懷容納,日方也應(yīng)正確審視歷史,在兩國的共同努力下,構(gòu)建符合時代潮流和兩國切身利益的能夠持久發(fā)展的中日關(guān)系。隨著冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束,潛藏在中日關(guān)系中的歷史認(rèn)識問題開始凸現(xiàn),特別是自2001年4月,小泉純一郎出任日本首相以來連續(xù)六次參拜靖國神社,成了阻礙中日兩國關(guān)系正常發(fā)展的重要障礙。因而對中日關(guān)系的研究也引起了學(xué)術(shù)界的高度重視,圍繞對日外交新思維展開了一場學(xué)術(shù)大討論。對中日關(guān)系的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、成因及解決途徑等方面進(jìn)行了有益的探索,涌現(xiàn)了一定的研究成果。在研究前人理論的基礎(chǔ)上,本文從中日關(guān)系的內(nèi)涵入手,闡明中日關(guān)系所包含的基本內(nèi)容,總結(jié)中日關(guān)系的主要癥結(jié)和矛盾,分析中日關(guān)系的發(fā)展方向,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出新時期中國對日外交戰(zhàn)略選擇。為了真正有效找到解決問題的辦法,在具體方法上,將采用文獻(xiàn)研究和理論研究相結(jié)合、歷史研究和比較研究相結(jié)合的方法�；仡欀腥贞P(guān)系的發(fā)展,是一個“和平-交惡-和平”一波三折的漫長發(fā)展的歷程,正反兩方面的歷史反復(fù)的證明,中日兩大鄰邦“合則兩利,斗則俱傷”。在新時期,中日之間存在許多癥結(jié)與矛盾,造成這些癥結(jié)與矛盾的原因是多方面。在新時期,中日關(guān)系面臨新的發(fā)展,對話與交流、互惠與合作、調(diào)整與振蕩是新時期中日關(guān)系發(fā)展的基本走向。面對這樣一個背景,我們必須以戰(zhàn)略的眼光處理中日關(guān)系。 本文一共分為引言等七部分。 引言,說明本文的選題依據(jù)、選題意義、研究方法等內(nèi)容。 第一章曲折中前進(jìn)：新時期的中日關(guān)系。主要闡述新時期中日關(guān)系的內(nèi)涵與層次、新時期中日關(guān)系的發(fā)展、對中日關(guān)系發(fā)展的評析等內(nèi)容。 第二章癥結(jié)與矛盾：新時期中日關(guān)系面臨的四大問題。分析中日關(guān)系中的歷史認(rèn)識問題、臺灣問題、領(lǐng)土與能源問題、經(jīng)濟(jì)往來與對華援助問題。 第三章困境與干擾：影響新時期中日關(guān)系發(fā)展的諸多因素。包括日本對華外交政策的調(diào)整成為左右中日關(guān)系發(fā)展的主導(dǎo)因素、中日兩國民族主義思潮持續(xù)升溫成為損害中日發(fā)展的文化因素、美日戰(zhàn)略同盟是制約中日關(guān)系發(fā)展的兩面性因素、國際政治經(jīng)濟(jì)格局的變化是影響中日關(guān)系發(fā)展的客觀因素。 第四章新格局的形成：新時期中日關(guān)系的走向。闡明對話與交流是中日關(guān)系的基本方式、合作與互惠是中日關(guān)系的基本趨勢、振蕩與調(diào)整是中日關(guān)系的基本形態(tài)。 第五章面對現(xiàn)實著眼未來：新時期中國對日外交戰(zhàn)略選擇。主要說明新時期中國對日外交戰(zhàn)略的基本原則,包括：必須堅持對日新思維,保證對日外交戰(zhàn)略的原則性與靈活性；必須堅持以“互惠”促進(jìn)“合作”,保證對日外交戰(zhàn)略的實效性；必須堅持“全方位外交”,保證對日外交戰(zhàn)略的主動性；必須堅持辯證看待日本,保持對日外交戰(zhàn)略的兩重性。新時期中國對日外交戰(zhàn)略的路徑選擇,包括：加強(qiáng)政治互信,促進(jìn)相互理解；加強(qiáng)安全合作,消除安全困境；強(qiáng)化經(jīng)濟(jì)往來,增強(qiáng)政治合作；發(fā)揮媒體作用,提升相互形象；加強(qiáng)民間外交,增進(jìn)兩國交流。 結(jié)論,對全文進(jìn)行總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:The development of Sino - Japanese relations is an important obstacle to the development of Sino - Japanese relations .



This paper is divided into seven parts : introduction and so on .



The introduction is to explain the choice of the subject , the significance of choosing the subject , the research method and so on .



The first chapter explores the relationship between the relationship between China and Japan during the new period , the development of Sino - Japanese relations in the new period , and the assessment of the development of Sino - Japanese relations .



The second chapter is the four major problems faced by Sino - Japanese relations in the new period . The problems of historical cognition in Sino - Japanese relations , the question of Taiwan , the question of territory and energy , the economic intercourse and the assistance of China are analyzed .



Chapter three predicament and interference : the factors that influence the development of Sino - Japanese relations in the new period , including Japan ' s adjustment of China ' s foreign policy become the dominant factor of the development of Sino - Japanese relations .



The formation of the new pattern : the trend of Sino - Japanese relations during the new period . It is stated that dialogue and communication are the basic ways of Sino - Japanese relations , and cooperation and mutual benefit are the basic trend of Sino - Japanese relations , and the oscillation and adjustment are the basic form of Sino - Japanese relations .



Chapter five faces the future : China ' s strategic choice of Japan ' s diplomatic strategy in the new period . It mainly explains the basic principles of China ' s diplomatic strategy of Japan in the new period , including : we must adhere to the new thinking of Japan and ensure the principle and flexibility of the diplomatic strategy of Japan ;
We must adhere to the " reciprocity " to promote " cooperation " and ensure the effectiveness of the diplomatic strategy of Japan ;
" All - round diplomacy " must be adhered to to ensure the initiative of the diplomatic strategy of Japan ;
We must insist on the dialectical view of Japan and maintain the duality of Japan ' s diplomatic strategy . China ' s path to Japan ' s diplomatic strategy is chosen in the new period , including : strengthening political mutual trust and promoting mutual understanding ;
Strengthening security cooperation and eliminating security dilemma ;
Strengthening economic exchanges and enhancing political cooperation ;
playing the role of the media and promoting the mutual image ;
Strengthening civil diplomacy and enhancing exchanges between the two countries .
