【摘要】：伊拉克戰(zhàn)爭結(jié)束后,伊朗核問題成為又一個國際社會廣泛關(guān)注的中東熱點(diǎn)問題。作為一個在中東擁有重要政治經(jīng)濟(jì)利益的國家,法國在伊朗核問題的調(diào)停上表現(xiàn)出了積極的態(tài)度和堅定的立場。法國雖然不同意伊朗發(fā)展核武,但是堅決反對以武力解決伊朗核問題,這與美國在伊朗核問題上的強(qiáng)硬立場是完全不同的。本文用了四個章節(jié)對法國介入伊朗核問題進(jìn)行了分析探討。 第一章介紹了伊朗核問題的歷史進(jìn)程,探討了伊朗核問題影響及癥結(jié)。第二章簡要介紹了法伊關(guān)系,對法國介入伊朗核問題的動因進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的探討研究。第三章主要探討了法國介入伊朗核問題調(diào)停的方式,在促進(jìn)伊核問題上法國始終堅持協(xié)商談判的方式,并積極參加了以歐盟三國為代表的“批評性”對話到聯(lián)合國“P5+1”的磋商機(jī)制。第四章在前文的分析基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了展望以及對中國的影響,認(rèn)為伊朗核問題的調(diào)停雖然充滿坎坷,但也存在機(jī)遇。
[Abstract]:After the war in Iraq, the Iranian nuclear issue has become another hot issue in the Middle East. As a country with important political and economic interests in the Middle East, France has shown a positive attitude and firm stand on the Iranian nuclear issue. Although France does not agree with Iran's development of nuclear weapons, it is firmly opposed to the use of force to resolve the Iranian nuclear issue, which is completely different from the United States' tough stance on the Iranian nuclear issue. In this paper, four chapters are used to analyze France's involvement in the Iranian nuclear issue. The first chapter introduces the historical process of the Iranian nuclear issue and discusses the influence and the crux of the Iranian nuclear issue. The second chapter briefly introduces the relationship between France and Iran, and makes a systematic study on the causes of France's involvement in the Iranian nuclear issue. The third chapter mainly discusses the way in which France intervened in the Iranian nuclear issue, and in promoting the Iranian nuclear issue, France has always insisted on the way of negotiation and negotiation. And actively participated in the "critical" dialogue, represented by the three EU members, to the UN "P 5 1" consultation mechanism. In chapter four, based on the previous analysis, the author looks forward to the influence on China, and holds that although Iran's nuclear mediation is full of frustrations, there are still opportunities.
