【摘要】：近年來,多元啟發(fā)理論發(fā)展趨勢較為迅猛,且已得到大量研究的證實(shí)。多元啟發(fā)理論在認(rèn)知理論和理性選擇理論之間構(gòu)建了一座橋梁,它認(rèn)為對外政策決策包含兩個加工階段。第一階段以維度加工為基礎(chǔ),不滿足非補(bǔ)償性政治維度閾限的方案將被刪除;第二階段以方案加工為基礎(chǔ),對剩余方案進(jìn)行理性分析,力求將結(jié)果的利益最大化,風(fēng)險最小化。運(yùn)用多元啟發(fā)理論開展對外政策決策的研究主要體現(xiàn)在理論應(yīng)用和理論驗(yàn)證兩方面�；仡櫹嚓P(guān)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),多元啟發(fā)理論過于強(qiáng)調(diào)國內(nèi)政治限制,未來的研究不應(yīng)忽視決策個體、決策背景、決策任務(wù)三方面因素及彼此間的互動。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the multivariate heuristic theory develops rapidly, and has been confirmed by a large number of studies. Multivariate heuristic theory constructs a bridge between cognitive theory and rational choice theory, which holds that foreign policy decision consists of two processing stages. The first stage is based on dimensionality processing, and the scheme which does not satisfy the non-compensatory political dimension threshold will be deleted; the second stage is based on the scheme processing, and carries on rational analysis to the remaining scheme, in order to maximize the benefit of the result and minimize the risk. The research on foreign policy decision based on multivariate heuristic theory is mainly reflected in two aspects: theoretical application and theoretical verification. Reviewing the relevant studies, it is found that the pluralistic heuristic theory emphasizes too much on the domestic political limitation, and the future research should not ignore the three factors of decision making individual, decision background, decision task and the interaction between them.
