【摘要】：邊疆是跨界民族區(qū)別于非跨界民族的地域象征,跨界民族是邊疆動態(tài)社會屬性的特殊代表符號。邊疆的社會性受跨界民族因素影響,跨界民族的地域性亦和邊疆關(guān)聯(lián)。邊疆的前沿地域特征與跨界民族互動內(nèi)外的特點,必然要求兩者在中國建構(gòu)良性周邊外交中發(fā)揮積極作用,并賦予外交內(nèi)涵,可謂之"邊疆外交"。"親誠惠容"的跨界民族關(guān)系互動是促進(jìn)良性邊疆外交建構(gòu)的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),良性邊疆外交則是良性周邊外交的具體展現(xiàn)�？缃缑褡迮c邊疆外交在地理空間上存在的天然互動邏輯關(guān)系,注定了良性邊疆外交的建構(gòu)離不開友好跨界民族關(guān)系的打造。
[Abstract]:The frontier is a regional symbol that distinguishes the cross-border nation from the non-cross-border nationality, and the cross-border nationality is the special representative symbol of the frontier dynamic social attribute. The sociality of the frontier is influenced by the national factors, and the region of the cross-border nationality is also related to the frontier. The frontier regional characteristics and the internal and external characteristics of cross-border ethnic interaction must require both of them to play a positive role in the construction of benign peripheral diplomacy in China and endow with diplomatic connotations, which can be described as "frontier diplomacy". " The interaction of the national relations between sincere and sincere is the key link to promote the construction of the benign frontier diplomacy, and the benign frontier diplomacy is the concrete manifestation of the benign peripheral diplomacy. The natural interactive logical relationship between cross-border nationality and frontier diplomacy in geographical space doomed the construction of benign frontier diplomacy can not be separated from the establishment of friendly cross-border national relations.
